I must say that dealership’s GM, Walter is super nice and tries his best to satisfy customers in anyway possible . I had factory issue with my 2020 CLA , and his team made sure I had loaner as long as I needed it and kept me up to date with repair progress . At the end he made sure I walked away happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I purchased a new Sprinter Van in 2014. 2020 was a challenging year with this van, it stalls while stopping, the check engine light comes on. The first time I took the van in, fuel pump replacement. The van continues to stall, fuel regulator replaced. I opted to replace the fuel filter. Van stalled mid December of 2020, i called the service department. I have called several times to set an appointment to find out the fault code on the intermittent stalling and check engine light. My last call was just before I contracted Covid around Christmas. It is now January 22 and no call. I now wonder if I want to purchase a new van from Mercedes. My last two vans have been Sprinters. Very disappointed in the service, thinking about a Ford.

One of the best dealerships in Central Florida. I have used this dealership for service on my 2016 C300 for the past 2years. Each time I’m in my service advisor Jennifer is an absolute sweetheart. My last service I was willing to wait the 5+ hours assist I was told no loners were available at the time of my appointment. When I got to my scheduled appointment she made sure that I had loner so that I could get home. Well, while looking for my loner I met one of the nicest sales professionals that I have come across in a VERY long time. Mr. Carlton Small, is an ABSOLUTE GEM!! I came in for a service and left out with a 2020 .... lol. By far the most seamless car buying process I have e we had at dealer. He was knowledgeable and really respected my concerns and opinions. If you’re are in the market and thinking about getting a new auto definitely go and see him. He provides white glove service before and after the sale. Thank you thank you . I will definitely continue to use the dealership even though there are a few others that are closer to my area.

This was my first experience from this dealership . I had previously done buisness with my dealership in maitland who I had bought 6 automobiles from since 2000. I had the pleasure of dealing with the most efficient,knowledgeable and polite young lady named Crystal. My car had to be picked up by roadside services of which Crystal handled immediately. They came within 45 minutes to my home and picked up my automobile. I was contacted by Crystal who introduced herself to me and informed me they had the vehicle. She asked if I was in a hurry as it was Friday afternoon . I told her no. She informed me that they would look at it on Monday. I received a call from Crystal on Monday informing me that my automobile was ready fror pick up. They replaced both batteries ,battery in key ,and done the two year service. When I arrived at the dealership the fellows were very nice and pulled my vehicle up within 5 minutes. I have to say this was my best experience ever! I will most definitely be buying my next vehicle there! Thanks again! You guys are great!

My Metris has had constant issues from bad wheel sensors. Unfortunately, MercedsBenz has failed to redesign the sensors and they continue to fail. Furthermore, Mercedes has also not extended the warrantee on this part. So, we will be forced to part with this vehicle.

I gave all 5 stars due to I generally have a wonderful experience however I was disappointed with the length of time it took to replace a tire ! Two days and I needed something else looked at and I was told they did not have the time ! I was promised my car the end of the day I brought it in and was lead to believe the tire was done to find out it wasn?t plus they never got to the other issue. Courtney was terrific but the initial day my car was in service he was not working, I need help with an issue and it seems I can?t get anyone to assist!

Service department did a good job in replacing the right front wheel sensor on my motorhome. Service was fine but this is the 5th wheel sensor that had to be replaced in the last year. Repaired under warranty. Problem is not with dealer but with Mercedes Benz which clearly has a problem with this part. 2 previous repairs were done by other dealers when I was traveling.

After my mom experienced several failed customer service attempts at MB of Daytona, I searched reviews with hopes of finding better service at a nearby location. My mom is a little older, so I wanted a salesperson who would be patient and genuinely nice when she visited. I read great reviews about Carlton, called him up, and I'm excited to say he lived up to every word! He answered all of my questions (I live out of state) and made my mom's experience enjoyable. I can't thank him enough for his pleasant demeanor and for setting up and thoroughly explaining all the fancy features that come with her new vehicle. I feel like this type of service should go without say for a brand as prestigious as Mercedes, but I've learned no matter the brand- it's the person behind the service that makes the experience memorable. When I made my appointment to have my sunroof repaired, I was assured the necessary parts would be available on the Saturday before my Monday morning appointment. Upon dropping my vehicle at the dealership, I was told this was an extended repair that would take most of the day. I would receive a telephone call regarding the status in mid-afternoon. No call. I telephoned and was told the vehicle was not ready but should be by early Tuesday afternoon. Again, I was to receive a telephone call regarding the status of the repair. Again, no call. Late Tuesday afternoon, I telephoned and was advised that the repair had not yet been started. I was assured it would be finished by late Wednesday afternoon but I would be telephoned around noon on Wednesday to be advised of the progress. Once more, no call. Approximately, at three PM I telephoned and was advised the vehicle would be finished by five PM and I had until seven PM to pick it up. I was given a loaner. A 2020 A220. Since I live more than fifty miles from the dealership, I rely on GPS to navigate to the dealership location. To my dismay, I discovered that the loaner did not have any USB ports to connect my cell phone to keep it charged. It only had USC ports. It was a somewhat stressful trip to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. Granted, technology is moving at a fast pace. Why Mercedes would assume everyone would rush out to purchase new USC cables to connect their devices to Mercedes' vehicles is beyond me. A simple transition of providing both types of ports or, having adapters available, to accommodate all customers would be have been nice.

Poor service on a simple flat tire. Took days before fixing it saying they were looking for a replacement tire and in the end said they were able to fix it. Promised delivery of vehicle since their tow truck deposited my car to this branch which is an hour out instead of the nearest. In the end I had to ask my husband to drive me out there to get it since it is more than an hour’s drive. Customer service personnel promised to order the part to replace the tire 3x and never ordered it. I had to go to another branch personally just to get the part. I can’t recommend this branch or you won’t have your car back in time for work!

We went in for our 2nd Maintenance Service on our Mercedes and it was just as pleasurable experience as the first one. We have always used the Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando at the Mall of the Millenium for years and never felt comfortable there. Me and my wife felt out of place and we were treated that way, it could be because our Mercedes was not in the $100k range. Our Service Advisor "Courtney" was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable when it came to helping us with our vehicle, because of his good advise, he helped us to purchase the Pre-paid Maintenance Package we were not aware and it was worth every penny. We used it the same day we bought it with no problem, it will save us lots of money in the long run and it's transferable. Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando, never even mentioned this great benefit and they did not even have brochures on it. In addition, their Sales staff were also pleasant and not over bearing. They made us feel that me and my wife belong and we will be doing all our Maintenance Service with Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando and we will be purchasing our next vehicle there as well. Thank you!

I was quoted 2- 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and 3 recalls on my vehicle. I was fine with the amount of time and they provided a shuttle service which is convenient. After 3 plus hours they did not finish all of the recalls. They advised it would take a couple of more hours because they were having issues with one of the recalls. I had to call and check and go through multiple ppl before I actually was advised as to what was going on. I understand some things are out of their control, but there was definitely a lack of communication. Service advisor was nice, but for them to think it was okay for me to sit at the dealership all day was outlandish to me. They should have offered a replacement vehicle once they were aware repairs was going to take all day. I was not happy with the service.

Unfortunately, the finance department dropped the ball by not paying off my BMW on time and I'm assessed a late fee and a possible late payment. I'm even considering making the payment myself to avoid any issues with my ex-BMW. I highly recommend John McClung. Hopefully, the finance department will get my BMW paid off. Finally, it took 2 weeks for the payoff to arrive to BMW. When I called and to my amazement they told me: This is normal !!!. I believe is NOT right.

The initial sales experience was as pleasant an experience one may have during the process. The automobile is a joy to drive. However, my wife caused some minor damage on a curb and wanted to have it repaired. She contacted the dealer and was shuffled around phone calls, failed text messages, and full email boxes when trying to send pics of the damage for repair estimates. Two weeks into this process, I was about to just use a local body shop when a serendipitous email from Mercedes arrived in my mailbox asking for feedback on the dealership, which listed a contact number for service. When I contacted them the response was immediate and we are having the repair work done.

I brought vehicle in for 10,000 mile check up two weeks ago. I shared that we had been getting a message of the pressure on the right rear tire was significantly lower than the others (7-9 lbs). They dismissed it to atmospheric pressure . I knew that was not correct. I made an appointment to bring it back a week later. They told me I would be done in 30-45 minutes. 11/2 hours later they told me , I had a nail in my tire and it would have to be replaced. Another 45 minutes later it was done. The service rep acted like he was doing me a favor by knocking off $25. I had to take off work to bring the car in. Friendly and helpful. Prices are high compared to other dealers and mechanics. My service manager was kind enough to arrange for a discount on the diagnostic services --it was, after all - hooking up the computer and reading the diagnosis. Mine was a simple hose replacement as a heating element was out on the diesel fluid (DEF) system. Plan to spend at least $500 each time you need a repair. I have purchased a code/diagnostic computer so I can fix the simple stuff myself or at least go in with a knowledge of the mechanical or electric problem. $700 + change to exchange a hose seems quite excessive. If you want to be able to talk with the mechanic one should find a smaller shop but Mercedes mechanics know their business well so that is where I will continue to go.

We were told twice by John McClung that the 2017 Mercedes GLS450 (Mileage 55,219) was under warranty quote “until May of 2022.” He told us the original warranty and the Certified Preowned Warranty would even allow us unlimited miles, until May 2022. That was a huge selling point for us. We have repeatedly requested a copy of the warranty and have not received it. After doing some on-line research at mbusa.com we learned that the warranty for the original buyer was 4 years, 50,000 miles. So the auto was no longer under warranty. We also learned that the CPO warranty was for 1-year, unlimited miles. Then we learned that because the car was out of warranty it didn’t even qualify for a Certified Preowned auto by Mercedes. 2. We were told by John McClung that the auto had undergone a 165-check point in order to obtain its Certified Pre-Owned designation. However, the 165-point inspection we were given was from 2017, signed by John on the line that said “Pre Owned Manager” and backed dated to 7/16/17. We questioned John about the date and he said “oh the guy in the back put the wrong date on it.” Upon further review we see that this inspection is not even for our car. It’s for a GLA250W with 38,267 miles. We were told that everything inside and outside had passed inspection. After we drove home with the auto, as we were admiring our purchase, we spotted a gouge in the lower part of the bumper just above the exhaust pipe. The gouge was not disclosed to us. This auto could have never passed the 165-point inspection with this problem. We believe the inspection was never performed. Just now, 7pm Saturday 7/17/20, John came by with a new And different inspection report dated 7/17/20. We drove the car off the lot 7/16/20. How could it have been inspected today when we have the car? I believe he thinks we are idiots. It was never inspected! 3. During our negotiation on trading in our Lexus, John McClung, in collaboration with his Sales Manager, offered us a trade value for our auto of $16,900. We told him we had a trade in offer from another dealer for $19,900. We asked him if he could go back into the Sales Manager’s office and perhaps get another $1,000. John came back and LOWERED the offer from $16,900 to $16,300, telling us the Lexus needs new tires. So essentially we bought new tires for next owner. Bad form by Sales Manager and John. Just not negotiating in good faith. Felt like a rip off and we told him we were upset by it. In our view he could have cared less. 4. Now to a man named Ramy who tried to pressure sell us the Extended Warranty. He said “you must decide today!” Later he said that some used car guys wouldn’t let us go until we bought it, and he also said that some places just add it in without the buyer knowing. And...at least he wasn’t that bad. Really? Overall it was a horrible experience. We do hope you will advocate for us. These sales guys don’t care - - at all. Lots of lies.

My recent service required me to leave my vehicle for at least 4 hours; my service contact, Jennifer McNealy, offered me a loaner before I could even ask. The loaner vehicle was fine and when I returned it about four hours later, Jennifer informed me that our car would still be in service for another hour. I did not mind the delay that much since the waiting facilities are very nice - almost luxurious. There is always coffee, hot chocolate and snacks available. All in all my service experience was as pleasant as possible for this type of event.

I purchased a 2015 Cadillac srx from them and after I paid in full the asking price. I was given the run around. I paid over 650 dollars for shipping that I was over charged by 150 as the shipping company only charged 500 to ship. The dealership ripped me off for the extra money. I love the car but the customer service is very lacking and I would go some where else in the future before buying from them. They are shady and they have charges that are more than you should pay. Despite roadside assistance situation, no one thought it important enough to return my call in over 30 minutes. Took it to MB Orlando South instead. UPDATE: I received a call this morning and who seemed genuinely concerned about the service and situation. I'm impressed with the follow up. So I updated the stars. All in all, I still didn't get the level of service I expected at the moment. And if I go there in the future, I'm sure that experience will be better. This is the rating for this experience.

I went in for new tires ($1,650) and had a loaner waiting. I have an E300 and was given the bottom of the line SUV. I had told them I wanted an SUV, because I was thinking about getting one next. I would think they would have wanted to give me a nicer one to try out since I was thinking about buying. The loaner was clean except for the trunk area and back seat. The back seat had a big bag of fast food garbage. Because of that, and all the fingerprints on the screen, I could tell it was not wiped down for COVID germs. That bothered me. I asked for wipes which they gave me, and they watched me wipe it down myself and throw out the garbage. I decided to wait for my own car which obviously annoyed them. I waited 4 hours and 45 min. No one ever offered to shuttle me to the mall or anything. Overall experience was not horrible but certainly not what I would expect from Mercedes. Such a disappointment! I got better service at Infiniti and Hyundai.

My service consultant was Jennifer Neeley who was excellent! She took great care of my vehicle and of me. She arranged for me to have some work done under a warranty that I was unaware of at no charge and gave me a discount on some brake work she found I did need to have done. If it were not for Jennifer and her knowledge and experience, the service would have been quite a bit more expensive. I travel from NSB to Lake Mary just to experience the service offered by AutoNation Mercedes Benz Dealership.

After purchasing a supposedly certified preowned vehicle in February of last year and 3 months after needing a ‘B’ service, the brake pad problem light was illuminated. I was told that they just forgot to reset it and that the brakes were fine. I took it back 1 month later to have it reset but it didn’t take and was again told the brakes were good because of the car having 15K miles, recent certification and ‘B’ service. I took the car in this weekend for a scheduled ‘A’ service and was told that the rear brake pads had less than 1mm left on them and that the front brakes should also be replaced. Also, that it needed new tires. This after 12 months of driving and total mileage of 28K. What’s worse is that all of my previous concerns, Certfied exam and services were not documented. In fact, a search of the VIN number service records indicate that these were never performed! But they did sell me the extended warranty that goes with certification. Very disappointing. I left specific instructions for my service rep of how I would pick up my car due to this virus. I have a compromised immune system and it’s very important that I not get too close to people at this time therefore I let him know that I would bring a check, and please leave the bill in the car. They were going to put new tires on my car as well as fix the interior lights and the lack of delay on the headlights after the car is turned off. When I got there the guy told me I had to go inside. I told him I would not go inside and after going back-and-forth a couple of times I ask him to get a manager. The manager came out and said no problem I didn’t have to go inside but I did need to provide a drivers license. Mind you I’ve been buying Mercedes Benz for over 30 years, have my financing through Mercedes Benz as well as all the service on my 2017 C class that I currently am through Mercedes. I was offended that they requested my drivers license. After finally getting it paid for, I asked The manager to put my keys wrapped un a Clorox wipe and I went to get my car. No one knew where it was and I had to walk out into the second parking lot to get into it. It was not brought to me. When I got in the interior lights still didn’t come on. No receipt in the car as requested. The whole experience was a big disappointment and I will never go back.

When I shopped at the dealership I honestly didn’t think I would find a pre owned car within my budget that still had the original warranty. My salesperson, Ryan, was the best. He found a car for me, but most important, he was sooo enjoyable to deal with. It was probably the first FUN car buying experience I have ever had. THANKS RYAN!😘 We discovered a malfunction with the sun roof upon delivery of the car. It needed a part. I drove the car home. When the part arrived, Ryan sent a person with a loaner car to pick up my car. I live 65 miles from the dealership! That is really going the extra mile.

Bought an $8.00 stem for the doughnut spare, asked service "consierge" how much for them to install it, he starts saying it would be as much or more than balancing a tire, then he asked another consierge and both agreed it would be much more than the 60-70 for balancing a tire(which is already a robery). Left, went on utube, found video on installing the stem with a 4 way stem core tool that cost $2.00 at Walmart. Took less than 1 min to install.

I always feel special when I come to this dealership. We bought a used car and the bumper to bumper warranty. EVERY repair including oil change has been covered. Most recently Courtney didn't have a car available as a loaner and Enterprise didn't either. He pulled a few strings and spoke with a couple customers that did not have extensive maintenance and was able to secure a loaner for me. (I had some interior water damage that they had to order parts from Germany so I would need a loaner several days). This dealership has always gone above and beyond from finding the perfect car, style - even color then having it shipped to Sanford. I would recommend this dealership and especially Courtney to anyone that wants a great car and to be treated like family!!

We bought a used MB in 2017 and also purchased the bumper to bumper maintenance plan. This dealership makes me feel like a MB owner. I live a hour away and they have always either provided a loaner or got me a car from Enterprise while they serviced my car. The most recent visit, for the 4 year maintenance, Cortney didn't have any cars available and Enterprise didn't either but then he "magically" switched a few customers around and got a MB loaner set up. My repair was going to take several days (I also had a water stain on my roof header that was being replaced) so he was able to talk to another customer that just needed the car for the afternoon. On Friday I received a follow up call letting me know my service was done but the part for the header would not be in until Tuesday...offered me the loaner through the weekend and Tuesday morning got a call that it was ready. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE that wants great service and a great car. Cortney went above and beyond in assisting me and making this repair painless....Best of all. No charge to any of the maintenance or repair!

I bought a C250, 2 years old and bought a prepaid service package at the time of purchase for 3 services total $1000. In 2019, I took my car in for service and they did a complete service (oil change, filters, replace wiper blades etc.) I took my car back over the weekend and I was told that all that is covered was an oil and filter and nothing else. I was told that the cost for an oil change for a C class is $236 so why was I charged $330 for a service that costs $236. This is fraudulent and unethical. Not even a battery check or a computer hook up was done to my car. Plus when I purchased my car, I got a friends and family deal. What a fraud! Should I be refunded with interest for the money I overpaid 2 years ago ?

I bought a prepaid service package for $1000 for my next 3 services for a c250 which is over $300 per service when I bought my car from Auto Nation. The first service I did what was the expected service (Oil change, wipers replaced etc.) The second one, I was told it only covers an oil and filter change and nothing else. I asked my advisor what's the cost for an oil change for a C class and he said $236. So the package they sold me was a RIP off because I paid an extra $100 ($330) and all I got was an oil change for the money I paid in advance about 2 years ago. And this was a friends and family deal I got. So unethical!

Worst customer service with the exception of Courtney in the service department. They tried to take advantage of my situation and price gauge me on the repair. Quoted me $1700 for a repair that should cost $100-1200. Jennifer also quoted me the price of the shifter that was broken by the towing company the roadside assistant called. I had to make several calls to get updates on my car. Mercedes USA ended up paying for the Shifter because I made the call. When they pulled up the car the tow cap was missing. Jennifer was not there to bring my car up only Courtney who I expressed my disappointment about my experience with the dealership. He ordered the part, had it painted and made things right. I would Never recommend anyone to this dealership.

Don't know where to begin singing the praises of MBNO and especially Tom Welch, Assistant Service Manager. We limped to Orlando from Atlanta on Sunday and showed up unannounced at 9AM Monday morning. He was kind and proactive listening to my description of the issue and promptly had the codes checked to confirm our suspicions. Sure enough it needed a new high pressure fuel pump. Booked as they were, and our not purchasing the car there, he squeezed us in, provided a car and we were back in our own the following afternoon. Could not be more happy. Purchased a vehicle through Jordan at the dealership and process was smooth and quick, but once off the lot we were on our own. We had the car for less than 24 hours and got two paint chips on the hood. We reached out to Jordan and he responded quickly with getting back to us after the holidays which didn't happen. Needless to say that we fixed the paint chip ourselves. We again reached out to him again two weeks ago about purchasing the maintenance plan and got no reply. If you are wanting a car with a great deal then this is your place but don't expect help afterwards. FYI financial manager quoted that the reason why the oil changes are so costly is because the car (A220 series) takes 11 quarts which only takes 5.8 quarts when looked up in the manual.

I need help. Mercedes of North Orlando will not fix a seatbelt problem in my brand new A class that I leased in August. There was a seatbelt malfunction two-three months ago with less than 1500 miles on it. Theres still under 2,500 miles on it, the seat belt malfunction they claimed to fix has come back. I cant let anyone use my passenger seat. I am paying hundreds more than my buick verano i traded in that NEVER had a service light, muchless for a seatbelt. My Honda Civic i had for 3 years also never had a service light. I contacted the dealership last week, have chat transcripts. When they finally called me back, they said theyd get me a rental on the phone and pick up my defective car, they just needed to get a rental available. This was after waiting 10 minutes and getting hung up on by Shannon the first go round. They have not bothered to contact me back. Hold times are awful. I am fed up and angry. This car is nothing short of an expensive mistake. Please make your dealership fix your defective seatbelt problem. Im ready to file with the the BBB and call my local news station. It is shameful and frustrating. Anyone considering buying from this dealership, just dont. I am honestly considering breaking my lease to be done with this horrible experience. To me, the Mercedes brand is a defective joke at this point. Awful.

My car was in for service due to a recall. The valet that delivered the loaner car & picked up my car was polite, on time and professional. The recall services were completed as prescribed, but I requested that the cabin filter be replaced during this visit. My car was returned without the replacement that I requested. I was told it was part of another service package and that a call had been made to me from the dealership asking if I wanted the entire service. I never received that call, but was told that I could stop by to have it completed. Considering the dealership is over a one hour drive, I won’t be stopping by. Communication from my service department representative was disappointing, but the valet that delivered my car was professional.

Courteous staff however service was unable to fix my problem. Their claim was that my motor had seized-on a 2012 ML 350 Blue Tech Car was running as I stopped at a traffic light. Then once turned green, car did not move when I pressed on accelerator. No bang, no noise... nothing. Car just went silent and would not start!!! If a mechanical seizure of the engine why didn’t I hear a noise or feel the engine seize???? Failure “seemed” like electrical as all went quiet. Dealer had. At for approximately two weeks and claimed I needed a new engine for $25k!! I think they just wanted to replace rather than fix a problem. They admitted they found the failure confusing and couldn’t figure it out. Also said they were aware of two other ML’s that had similar failure!!! Anyway very very disappointing to say the least as we bought the Mercedes Diesel for the longevity and durability. After just 119,000 miles - guess we were wrong!!!

This is third Mercedes we have purchased from Mercedes of North Orlando. Always a pleasure. The sales team is very low pressure and very accommodating. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and comfortable, great lounge with great coffee and snacks. They are good at communicating with you during the sales process and when you are there for service. Overall an excellent experience when buying a luxury vehicle. Great service after the sale.

i paid for an oil sevice and some other services in my engine..i was never given the oil change i paid for so i went back mad and had then do an oil change i paid for and once again they did not do it all they did was add oil in my truck i ran out of oil in 2 months which should of lasted me more than 8 months if they had did the oil change the general manager there sucks...if your reading this go to another dealer!

Super clean car for a great price. The “no-haggle” experience is very new to me and made me a bit uncomfortable feeling like Could have been taken advantage of but I wanted the car nonetheless and have no remorse or hard feelings. My salesman was super nice, although he didn’t have much info on the vehicle, I believe he knew I was going to buy the car with questions unanswered so that didn’t matter either. Overall it was a speedy process and I truly appreciated the time that was devoted to me on New Years Eve!!!

Bad service experience Yesterday I had service completed at Mercedes The service writer said the car should be ready around 12. I dropped car off at 8am. He said he would call or text when car was done. I called at 2 -left message- called at 3pm - he was at lunch , I left message - called at 4 and was assured he would call back in 15 min - went to the dealership at 5pm. Car was ready at 10:15am. Never got a call or text. Service writer no where to be found when I arrived at 5pm. I spoke to 2 different people that answered the phone and I advise them of my problem. Still no call nor could anyone tell me when my car would be ready. I was ignored by 3 people (I spoke to 2 of them) never spoke or saw the service writer after dropping off the car.

From my first phone call & inquiry to driving off the lot my experience with everyone I encountered at Mercedes Benz of North Orlando (MBNO) was exceptional. I found a low mileage and well kept 2013 MLK on the internet, spoke with Beau & Tony in sales to obtain a purchase order and reserve a test drive. Beau picked me up at the airport for a quick ride to the dealership where the car was fresh out of detail and waiting in the showroom. After a thorough viewing and test drive it was obvious the MLK was completely as advertised by MBNO and as described in during my phone calls with Beau & Tony. There were no surprises, hidden costs or pressure to purchase add-on items. I was informed of available warranties and prepaid maintenance plans, but when I indicated I wasn't interested neither subject was addressed again. Purchase was made and I was in and out in roughly two hours. I actually enjoyed the experience and meeting the team at MBNO. Very good in helping to arrange how and when to get my Mercedes to their dealership for a diagnostic check ! The car showed a problem while driving home from vacation. I was able to make it to my residence on a Saturday and immediately called the dealership. I left a message and was told a return call would be made to me in the afternoon. I waited until afternoon and called again as I know the people at MB are usually very attentive. I spoke to a receptionist and she immediately put me in touch with Jennifer and my problems were quickly solved! I have always had a very good relationship with MB of North Orlando. They are caring and very helpful. My car was returned to me on Monday which was wonderful as I had a full schedule for the week and needed transportation or I would have had to reschedule. My experience was the worst I was warned about getting work done at Mercedes on 6/26/2019 I called and asked for the service department in regards to getting a quote on a damaged valve stem on my tire the damage is pretty minor so I took a chance I was told to bring in the tire to be inspected to find out if it would be a easy fix or if replacement was needed I walked in the service department and explained my situation the service advisor recommended that I let the mechanics look at the tire and and then tell me what the problem was and a quote I was late for work and had already changed out the bad tire and was using the spare donut I was clear that I wanted to know the price before any work was done the service advisor gave me prices including labor that was surprisingly under 60.00 dollars I then gave my number and said to call me when the mechanics find out something ...after an hour or so I received a txt saying the valve stem had been replaced with out my permission and not only that the price was 4 times what we talked about .. I respectfully decline and said I will just pay what’s needed for the time it took them to look at my tire ... I was then told the parts are only one time use and I would have to pay for parts and labor that I didn’t authorize I was shocked because I couldn’t believe the level of deception they where holding my entire wheel for ransom I even asked for the number to there corporate office and was given a fake number.. I never expected this from Mercedes it is now the next day and they still have my rim and tire that is AMG and worth over 700.00 dollars And I have reported them to the better business bureau now I am forced to go to the court house and take legal action I have to rid on a spare donut to get to work because of the lies of a deceitful Service department I will never buy another Mercedes Benz if this is the treatment you get from a so called respectful dealership please be careful if you visit this location they are crooks and can’t be trusted

After several calls, I was able to schedule an appointment for a Recall on an Airbag. It was for the Drivers Side Airbag. I wrote to Mercedes and asked them if the Passenger Side could be replaced at the same time, and was told their was not a recall yet. I asked the Service Advisor when I went in for the Driver side replacement, and was told "there was not a recall - it might even be a different manufacturer." When I returned home, I checked our mail and there was a recall for the PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG; it was dated in March. If you treat customers fairly, they will come back. I never plan to return to Mercedes Benz North.

I took my Thor Chateau there yesterday - for AN OIL CHANGE --- Peter McDonald was the Service Advisor -- he never explained anything -- told me I needed things I did not -- and when I asked how much all of this would cost -- he just kept typing on his computer --- and finally handed me three pages --- RECOMMENDED -- is NOT really --- NEEDED --- there is a difference. I took my Thor Chateau to this dealership -- Mercedes of North Orlando -- yesterday -- it barely had 5,000 miles on it -- all I wanted was an oil change -- it had been almost a year -- even though I only put less than 2,000 miles on it. Peter McDonald was the Service Advisor and was the WORST I have ever had to deal with. He explained NOTHING -- told me I needed unnecessary things -- charged $150 to 'top off' the DCL fluid but never told me he was charging or doing this -- I know how to add DCL fluid -- I monitor the level -- it was down ONE BAR!!! This man was like a dead fish -- no personality or compassion at all. I am recently widowed -- I feel totally taken advantage of by this dealership and I will NOT be returning or recommending it to anyone. There is a huge difference -- in RECOMMENDED versus NEEDED....

My Wife and I arrived at the location and was immediately disappointed. We walked into the lobby area and was completely ignored by 3 members of your staff. There was a young lady who walked out of an office immediately to our left and looked through us. There was 2 salesman standing next to the receptionist desk and did not offer a greeting either. At this point I'm saying to my wife they don't deserve our money and we should leave. My wife had her heart set on this particular BMW so we stayed. We stood at the front desk for approximately 3-5 minutes (seemed like an eternity) before Ryan I. came from the back and warmly greeted us. Ryan's demeanor and honesty kept the dealership in the running for our business. Ryan was extremely professional and made no excuses for his colleagues' actions. We saw the car, test drove it and decided to buy it. The next day my wife drove the BMW X5 off the lot. Please ma kes sure that Ryan I knows how much I appreciate his effort to make us feel comfortable. If not for Ryan we would have taken our business elsewhere. You'll really should train your staff to acknowledge customers as they enter the showroom. Their lack of acknowledgement made us feel as though they didn't think we would purchase anything so we weren't worth their time and effort. Let your staff know that a simple hello goes a long way towards making a person feel comfortable about spending their hard earned money at your business. (live 2 hours away) finally received a call back after my review on Google. I brought my 2016 G63 in for service. Service was good, fast, and friendly. I spoke to sales about trading in my G63 on a new G550. They low balled my trade in, I received substantially more money (10%) for it at a non AutoNation dealer and I love my new 2019 G550. It is unfortunate I could not buy it at this dealer which is much closer to my house, but frankly their trade in quote was completely insulting, and extremely greedy. Shop around!!

Going there was an absolute joke and waste of my time. It baffles me that a Mercedes Benz service department treats a customer so poorly. I drove out to Sanford to have them quote me a rear windshield as well as some other warranty issues (minor). With every single thing they came back with “out of our control, not under warranty”. Mind you, this car is brand new and under FULL FACTORY WARRANTY. They even went so far to print out a sheet of parts that were supposedly ordered for the car by the mercedes dealership I bought it ar, mentioning that my car had damage and they probably repaired it (with so called none OEM bolts). Funny thing, this car was FACTORY OWNED BY MERCEDES, and when searching for the parts they came up as LICENSEPLATE FASTENERS. I understand that I did not buy the car from them, but to treat a customer so poorly and even go as far as trying to scare them, so you dont have to do any warranty repairs is ridiculous. Needless to say.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

They also have complimentary car wash but when the car came back it had not been washed as it was still dirty. Something about a shift change, etc.... I only had about an hour to work out my deal, do the paperwork and drive back down to Miami from Orlando. Nick was working with me via text and phone for a couple of days and showed me how to reserve the car for 48 hours. Everything went as planned. The car was there, new as described, the deal was what we had agreed on and they got me a better deal than my own credit union for the finance. Fastest, best car purchase ever...and I do about 2 of these per year! Just wish I had a better value on my trade-in. But this was partially offset for a good price on the M3. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service after I purchased my used Infiniti, QX56 from this location. During my test drive the "service" light came on. Jessie, the salesman, immediately took the car to the service department to have it checked; while I discussed financing with the finance department. Upon the car return, the service light was some how turned off. I bought the car late that night and drove home; which is quite some distance from the dealership. The next morning, I started the car, and every service light came on. Obviously, the 125 point inspection certificate was not correct. The same day, I contacted Jessie about getting it serviced near my house. Later that week, I was sent to a Ford dealership (for an Infiniti) who is part of the autonation program. Unfortunately, Ford had no technicians that could service my car. I contacted Jessie again to find a solution. He supposedly was in contact with a warranty department, and I was told to leave Ford. Since then I've contacted Jessie back on many occasions, and spoke with the new car dealership manager (Alan) about the situation with no resolution. Its been two weeks later and I still haven't had any solution to my service light issues. I've had to reach out to them almost on a daily basis, with hardly any call back on the progress on how to resolve the issue. This is really sad, because I really thought I was purchasing my vehicle from a reputable car dealership. I do not recommend this car dealership.

After losing my husband 3 years ago, I was making my 1st decision all by myself in 3 years so I think I needed a little extra time and patience. My agents Nick and Jarred were great, couldn't ask for any better service or attention. They were always available for any questions but in the end stepped back and let me make up my mind. I called Contemporary for service on my Sprinter Motor Home and was connected to Auto Nation. The Service Advisors were professional, provided an appointment and followed up with Email confirmations and reminders. The problem was detected and arrangements were made to insure that the warranty paid for the repairs. A courtesy vehicle took me home, returning later to retrieve our repaired motor home. The service advisors were friendly and efficient. The one recommendation would be to install a motor home vehicle wash, as promised by the confirmation email!

On our way north on the turnpike yesterday from south Florida, a couple of engine warning lights came on in our motor home built on a Mercedes 3500 Sprinter chassis. From about 30 mi. south of Orlando, we found a number, called, and Mary (I believe) answered for service and we told her of our dilemma. She said to bring it right in. When we got there about an hour later, Kenny, the service manager, said they would run some tests, and if they could, they would get us right back on the road. After diagnostics, he reported that they knew the problem, had the parts, and they could get us going in a couple of hours. And, by the way, we see that you have a recall on an airbag, would we like to have it replaced without taking any longer? We agreed that that would be great as long as it didn't delay us any further. He also offered to drive us out to lunch while we waited, and came by to keep us updated on their progress several times. And, sure enough, we were back on the road right away, and all is good. (Oh yes, the recall notice arrived in the mail today, so they even saved us a special trip to get that taken of.) Thanks for the great attention to detail & the fine service.

Walter, the dealership manager for Auto Nation's North Orlando Mercedes dealership, promised me he would "make it simple". I really wanted to do business with a local dealership whose leadership is involved in the communities of Heathrow, Lake Mary, and Sanford. I knew Walter from several local charitable events his dealership supported and events he hosted at the dealership. So I gave him a try. He didn't disappoint me! He gave me his undivided attention, and we never haggled. He gave me a fair price for the new GLE 350, and top dollar for my trade-in. The car was ready an hour or so later. Another impressive aspect of my buying experience was the team of people with whom he works. From the salesperson, Jessie, to the business manager, Sabastian, to the Internet guru, Jordan, to the customer relations director, Liz, all were consummately professional, yet downright neighborly. I'm so glad we have a first rate dealership in our back yard! Thanks, Walter, and thanks to all the team!!

Syed Shariff is an excellent sales manager. His professionalism and customer service is outstanding. He took the time to respond to multiple e-mails and made the sale of my vehicle seamless. The dealership is a smaller dealership compared other other Mercedes-Benz dealerships that I have visited, however, they treat you like family and take care of all your needs.

When I went to pick my car up after service, I was very disappointed to find that there was a black residue from what I'm guessing to be from mechanical parts on the beige door interior, beige floor mat, and where someone reached to get the seatbelt. I was told that the car had been vacuumed, and unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case. I have an older model, and left feeling like maybe because of that my car was treated with very little regard. It was my first time here and I will be looking to see if there's another Mercedes close by.

I had an unexpected flat tire, I left the car at the dealership the night before. I received a phone call immediately the next morning letting me know it was not a repair situation and I needed to call them to ok a new tire. Well I slept late and did not hear the message until late in the morning and I needed the car back for business by 1:00 which gave them no time to do the job BUT they did get it done for me, and came and picked me up all in time. Thanks!!

I brought my vehicle in due to a foul odor coming from the cabin filter. I have the prepaid maintenance plan and was under the impression that this would cover the cabin filter. I was told, they would not be able to change it until I hit 20k, otherwise I would have to pay for the filter. I thought that this was pretty ridiculous as I was approximately 1500 miles shy. I explained to the service associate that when I scheduled the appointment, they never informed me of this (Dealership is 40 miles from my house). I asked to speak to the manager and unfortunately he wasn't available on weekends so I figured I would just call on Monday. A few minutes later, the service associate agreed to change the cabin filter for free. I said "great" and thanked him. After about an hour or so I was on my way. I get a call 20 minutes later from the service associate asking me if I was still in the area? I asked him why? He said "WE FORGOT TO INSTALL THE CABIN FILTER".

Very unprofessional customer service. The person at the auto shop has not knowledge at all about my Metris and he never showed willing to look the right information. Then he wasn't clear about the service and lie about it. I couldn't find a person to report what was happening . Finally the sales manager took care of the situation but, unfortunately, with very bad manners. The facilities were so dirty, dirty bathroom with no towel paper. The waiting room was unattended. Absolutely none excellence according to the brand Mercedes Benz.

He's a person who takes pride in his work and go the extra mile for the customer, anyone who buys a car from Mercades Benz on Rineheart should ask for him. Clients should be made ware that when they are taken back to meet the finance manager that additional items would have been already added on to their tab! Then during this process I was never told that these items were added. I had to figure it out myself since I noticed that the monthly payments were much higher that what I was told originally. This can be construed as MB being dishonest.! This is just my experience and the hard sell on prepaid services should stop!

One of those places you don't take your car. Parts tells me they have my part but can't sell it it me they have to put it in too so transfer me to service and they tell me it takes 6 hrs to put a valve body in a s500 is 16 bolts and a hr to program 1100 dollars for installation. All I wanted to do was bye it and do it my self and they want to charge me 6hr on a 2 hr job I can to myself in my garage on my back. mercedes of gainesville told me 380 on instalation. These ppl are crooks.

We are very pleased with our experience with Mercedes Benz of North Orlando. During our search for the M Class we wanted at our price range, we visited/contacted all the MB dealerships within a 100 mile radius. None of the dealers could get the exact vehicle we wanted within our budget, until we received a response from Oren Mishael of MB of N Orlando. From the initial contact he was very positive of our requirements and never once asked what options could we live without to meet out budget. His overall technical knowledge was outstanding, he was courteous and very professional. After we reached an agreement on the M Class we desired and price we scheduled a time when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. Once we arrived at the dealership and met Oren, he made my wife and I feel like valued customers. He did not turn on the heat of "high pressure" sales tactics not once, we had and agreement so out experience was very pleasant in a professional setting. We have purchased several new cars over the years and this experience was no doubt the best. Auto Nation and Mercedes Benz should be very proud to have Oren on their sales team.

On Saturday December 6, my husband sent out an email to Mercedes-Benz requesting information on their 2014 vehicles. Literally within a couple of minutes, Syed Shariff responded to our email and provided information on the Mercedes of our choice. We met up with him shortly thereafter and he was the most-knowledgeable, honest and kindest salesman we ever met. He gave us an acceptable price for our trade-in. I originally spoke to Syed on the phone, and when I went to the dealership I dealt with Carlton. Both sales reps gave me the attention to detail and time to help me make the best decision about which model Mercedes to lease. I experienced the best buying process from sales to finance. Our experience with Syed Sharrif was one of pure joy! He was knowledgeable, professional and made us feel as if we were his only customer with his patience in trying to meet our needs. Our car is just days old so it is difficult to do a proper review, but so far we are enjoying all the upgrades like Lane Assist, Parktronics etc. We do hope the Service will be as good as the Sales experince. We traded in our 12 year old 430S, but we were not happy with the Sevice that Mercedes offered while we had that car. Hopefully we will get the chance to experience a better service with this 2014 E350.

My wife was in a rear-end crash that killed her Ruby (her red 2010 C300 that I got for her on Valentine Day 2013), but being a Mercedes it saved her life. We first went to our local dealer that we bought Ruby from (and serviced our two other Mercedes). At that time they didn't have a red C 250 Certified in stock. My wife was looking on line and found three C250's that were red all in distance cities. After calling about all three C250's. We got such a warm and friendly feeling from Jordan Conner we decided that Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando would be worth the 4 plus hour around trip drive. When we walked into Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando there she was sitting with a giant red bow and our names on the dash (very class at) and Jordon hand extended to greet us. They not only gave us a GREAT deal (we brought in our own financing at 3.17%), but they had us qualified for 2.99 Mercedes financing. All in all we felt treated like Family. Car shopping sent shudders down my spine -- the cost, the pressuring, the haggling -- until we walked into MB of North Orlando and met Syed Shariff who made the experience truly pleasurable. He was welcoming, straight forward, and very knowledgeable. He worked FOR us and provided everything we needed for the purchase decision without pressuring us. We purchased a GLK 350 and leaped from 2001 technology to 2014 technology. Syed tutored us through the entire car, step by step, and called and emailed after delivery to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable, a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. We paid cash for the car so we expected quick completion of the paperwork. Not so, and it was in finance (where I least expected it--no loan, no lease) that we felt pressured to purchase from an a la carte menu of extended warranties. If something can go wrong, finance will make sure you know just how painfully wrong it can go for you unless you purchase one of the extended warranties and then you better hope you bought the right warranty because it's a la carte and bumper to bumper apparently doesn't mean bumper to bumper any more? More like bumper to bumper-ish. After listening to this, one might surmise that finance has little confidence in the Mercedes Benz product. Finance experience aside, we love the GLK and thoroughly enjoyed Syed. He's everything a car shopper hopes for and more.

I had bought a 2007 BMW 325i from this dealership and I couldn't be more satisfied. My experience with the car has been phenomenal as the car runs great and is in impeccable condition. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and especially the sales associate I had Jerry Pare.

Couldn't ask for a better salesman than Jordan Conner. If there was any question we had, he was always able to answer quickly. During delivery of my SLR 350 he personally found a little nick on the paint ( I am not sure I would have seen it) and made sue that an appointment was made that day to get it fixed. Best experience ever!

From the minute I walked into the dealership to the lease of a new GLK350, the experience was excellent! Jordan Conner did an amazing job of explaining the features of the vehicle and has earned me as a customer forever. We have purchased several cars in the past and every time I dreaded the experience. This was the complete opposite this time. We have never bought a car so fast! Our sales representative Jerry Pare was entirely responsible for this excellent transaction. He is a no non-sense type of guy. The negotiation part which is usually the longest part for us with my husband always looking to get the best bargain possible, took no time. Jerry wasted no time coming back to us with an offer we could not refuse. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was completely devoted and extremely knowledgeable about the car and the entire process. I highly recommend his service and I know we will be back in the future.

My online sales consultant was Mr.Jay Greenwald, I recommend him to everyone he is very friendly and patient explains everything thoroughly and truly cares and works to give you the best deal out there! He made my car buying process very easy all I had to do was go to Mercedes Benz of north Orlando and sign the papers and get in the car and go! Dropped by the dealership last June to check on Mercedes Benz cars that may replace my 2008 Lexus. I was particularly interested in finding an economical car that may save me fuel expenses due to a lot of travelling in my line of work. I was guided through the car shopping process by Jerry Pare. Jerry showed all their available Mercedes line of cars and meticulously explained fuel efficiency of each model. Time was not an issue for Jerry although I notice there was a couple walk in looking for him. He reassured the waiting couple to feel comfortable while he catered to my questions. He became detailed if he needed to in answering my queries. Knowing I came in with my sight on fuel efficiency , he advised me to check into some hybrid cars. Jerry showed a 2011 Lexus CT200h that was just recently traded for a brand new Mercedes. He indicated that the car may be sent to their affiliated dealership for Lexus certified used cars. When I showed interest, his knowledge of the Lexus line was remarkable. He was detailed in everything he knew about the car. He went to the extent of going to his manager and requested the dealership to hold the car while I take the time making a decision on the fuel efficient Lexus hybrid. I came back the next day and decided to buy the car and even apologized that I did not buy any Mercedes in their lot. Jerry indicated that the bottom line for him is that he knows he served his customers well. Kudos to your sales staff!!

I've been getting my C 230 serviced at this facility since they openned. Well, Chi C. helped me get into a CLA 250. The purchasing experience was extremely smooth and Chi was so pleasant I almost didn't want to drive off the lot! Now I just visit when I get my car washed. Who would think that I would enjoy going to get my car serviced so much that I stop by just to say hi? Wild. Love those folks!

I ordered this car as soon as I found out it was going to be available, long before you could build one on the website. Ordered it in mid-July and had to wait until October 5 for delivery. The painful wait was made less so by Chi C.'s just-right contact by phone and email with updates on production, shipping and delivery. Great car, great sales team, great experience.

This is my first "high end" car experience and it was a nightmare! This is also my 8th car! Take note I bought the new CLA 250 in black, so from what I experienced the sales staff and service, as well as, the detail department does not know much about these cars and was not prepared to sell it. My first issue was, after signing the papers that the car does not come with a spare tire, and it seems "they" did not know this, nor did the salesman know the car had run flats on it....very expensive! Then the MBrace and SOS system did not work so I had to bring the car back in for service. After that the valet key did not work, then the service manager told me it didn't come that way, LIE! He actually got the key to work after me coming back twice!!! Then my car was washed and the detail center majorly scratched my paint, so I had to come back the next day for a buff....did not work. Now my car had to be shipped off to a collision center for a special detail job....improved the paint, but no fix!!! So, even though we worked out a "deal" to compensate for my time, my car still has scratches. I was also told that my car would be filled with gas for my troubles and it came back half full. I just can't complain anymore...just exhausted with them. I feel this dealership should not have been selling a car they did not know everything about....they did not even know it was not made in Germany! Being lied to is never an excuse and I expect much more from a high end dealership/company such as Mercedes. So over an 8 day period of owning my new car, "they" had it for 6 days! Even though the car is beautiful, my experience was awful and I can't give a referral now, to the dealership :(

I recently purchased 2014 E350 from this dealership. Quality of service was superb, which was provided by Ivan B., sales associate & Dan R., sales manager. I walked in wearing flip-flop,house dress with pony tail, no make up, on one Saturday afternoon with coffee cup still in one hand. To anyone's eyes including me, I sure didn't look like a serious car buyer on that day, even though I was. Regardless of our appearance, Ivan showed his professionalism and took his time to explain features, test drives. Ivan and Dan even took consideration of my trade-in value of my previous vehicle based on Edmunds quote that we had. The new car is great and loving it without any doubt, but most of all I am very pleased with the service we received on that day. No pressure,,, just strolling through cars with the best sales associate over fresh baked cookie and fresh brewed coffee on one Saturday afternoon. And I found the *one*. Definitely I will go back for my next purchase and recommend to my friends and relatives!

This is truely a remarkable experience from the time you pull up and until you depart. Everyoine is so courteous and helpful and the work is very professional and reasonable. The car is returned with the same settings as when I dropped it off, and it it is thoroughly cleaned. I can't suggest areas to improve upon, since this service is so exceptional.
