Last year I brought my SLK250 in to repair a leak. I was told the roof needed to be replaced and the cost would be in excess of 5k. I agreed to the costs and the roof was replaced. Fast forward to this year, after rarely driving the car (especially in the rain), the leak is still there, emanating from the exact same location on the driver-side window. I returned to the service department hoping to seek resolution. I was told there is a different problem causing the leak. It is now determined the seal on the window is the culprit. As mentioned earlier, the leak is in the same place as before. The cost of this repair is in excess of $1500.00. I refuse to believe this is a different problem. It is the same problem mis-diagnosed when I first brought the car in for repair. 5k is a lot of money, but I chose the dealership hoping the problem would be resolved appropriately, and, if not, a willingness to correct any deficiencies. Needless to say they refused to correct the issue.

My favorite part of getting my car serviced at the Mercedes of North Orlando Dealer is the courtesy loaner car they give me while I wait for them to fix mine. I love that I can test drive another Mercedes that I may not have otherwise considered buying in the future. Not to mention the team members are professional, friendly, and super accommodating, and sensitive to my family's needs. Life is hard as it is. It is nice to know that when you have to part with your baby it is going to get taken good care of and you're getting back a car that you know is safely maintained by the best in the industry. Although it is pretty expensive in comparison to other service shops, they do make it fun to visit with a great showroom to see fabulous new cars and lots of snacks and coffee to feel comfortable. Also, many other service shops feel dirty, dingy, and as if they are doing YOU a favor by being there, my dealer is just the opposite. They are inviting and pleasant to deal with. I never mind having to take my car to Mercedes of North Orlando because I know me and my family will be treated right and I will have no worries when I get my car back. Now thatto me is priceless!

First visit. I didn’t realize they had to schedule me a loner since my Mercedes Service in OH always did that for me but they did get me a Lift at no charge. So that was good. Also an oil, lube, filter and oil treatment was very expensive. That kept me from a five star.

Made an appointment for a recall. Was told it would take an hour. When I drove 40 miles to dealership they then said it would take 3 to 4 hours to complete. I hadn’t arranged for a ride home. They didn’t offer to get me a ride and said I could reschedule. Cost me another half day and inconvenience to the person picking me up and dropping me off the next day. Not what I call service. Won’t go back will drive another 10 miles further next time I need service.

I've bought three vehicles from here at a combined cost in the hundreds of thousands, I dont make trouble anywhere and I always try to see others people's point of view. On may 16 2023 my gt was taken in to simply program a key, they then washed the car(not where I had an isssue) upon receiving my vehicle back I found that an item of value was clearly missing. I first took the time to search the vehicle myself in case it was still there but misplaced. Once I realized it was indeed stolen I went inside and spoke to management. End of story they didn't do anything about the stolen item they didn't try to reimburse me they didn't even reach out to me to apologize. Imagine someone with the clear intent to steal will continue to do so and with management not correctly handling the issue it will only get worse. DO NOT COME HERE. (GO TO THE MERCEDES BY MALL OF MILLENNIUM ). TRUST ME.

I’ve bought and sold vehicles at this dealership and thought we had a pretty good relationship however they’ve recently left me very disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for service and warranty work due to some issues with a new vehicle i bought at this dealership.Upon picking up my vehicle their were a few issues including my headliner which was not reinstalled correctly with the sponge exposed , my hood and door were scratched and i immediately reported to this to solve it amicably however after a month and a half and promised call backs from service advisors and managers i’ve had to resort to this review. Never will i recommend this dealer again after multiple referrals and good reviews for previous service. Very disappointing! Definitely not how you treat a loyal customer or any customer for that matter.

This place used to be fine, but now the service is terrible. There are no longer cashiers, so if your service writer is busy when you come to pick up your car, too bad, you can wait. I had an appointment to drop off a car last week at 9:30; I was told the service writer was busy at the moment, but would come get me in the waiting area. Half an hour later, I finally went and found her (no telling how long I would've waited otherwise). The icing on the cake is that this dealership has the gall to send you an email immediately after your car was serviced, telling you that your car still needs service. Never mind the fact that when you call to find out what's wrong, the people there say that everything's fine, you just might need to replace brake pads in 6 months or so. Despite this, the dealership will continue to send emails saying the car still needs service. Great experience, love the lack of service and constant attempts to nickel and dime their customers at a "luxury" dealership.

I had my W211 E500 in the shop due to red light on battery. I wanted a diagnosis of problem. When I asked Robert M. if they were going to use the Star diagnostic to read for codes, he had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to try to bluff his way through the question. The mechanic did an excellent job of videoing and narrating the vehicle inspection however other than personal opinion there wasn’t a Star diagnostic run to see a existing codes, so appropriate repairs could be made. The bill for the inspection (not diagnostic) came to $281.++ which I paid. The dealerships recommended repairs amounted to over $5800.00. I will say after having dealt with their parts department on numerous occasion, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Forget service department. I believe Autonation is giving Mercedes Benz an undeserved reputation. I will use an independent repair shop that can repair Mercedes Benz properly and not just guess what is wrong and swap parts out and charge for unnecessary parts, until the problem is corrected if it ever really is repaired.

BAIT AND SWITCH! Watch out for this dealership. They advertise prices of their cars and then when you ask about it, they change the price and claim that it was an "error". The internet sales amanger Ajay Goyal and Sales manager John McClung should be ashamed of the way they deal with customers. The advertised price was on two websites including their own, and then when I asked, they changed it and sent back a picture of the new price. On experience was regarding a MB Sprinter RV chassis and may not be typical of their service for vehicles sold at the dealership. Their dealership was listed in MB's lookup for Sprinter warranty service. Their customer service (Focus) for my Sprinter was majorly lacking. The complete experience is too long to review in detail. In summary, it involved multiple trips for warranty service and rescheduling on their part. The last visit was promised to be 1 1/2 to 2 hours if we would come to the first appointment of the day. After almost 5 hours of continuously interrupted service, we requested our RV be returned. It was not complete and we requested a written follow-up of what was completed and not was not. Evidently this part of service was only important to us and not the dealership. If you have a Sprinter needing warranty service, find another dealership.

Although my wife and I already own three cars, I needed to finally let go of my 1996 Jaguar Vanden Plas. I had it well over 20 years, so... I searched for a pre-owned Jaguar to replace my old one. We spotted one on-line at this dealership, and Mr. Fadi Hosn contacted us in a matter of minutes! We drove four hours to get to this dealership, and our experience was well worth the drive. Fadi Hosn and Melinda Canter were unbelievably kind, pleasant, patient and professional. The car exceeded our expectations as did Mr. Hosn and Ms. Canter. The car and these amazing people are as good as they come. Two days later, my wife and I are still amazed by these wonderful people and the beautiful car they sold us. I was driving south in Florida and had a problem with a sensor in my Winnebago Sprinter. I called the dealership and got an instant appointment to diagnose the problem. Tom Welch was my service manager and he went above the call of duty to determine the source of a defect on my Sprinter and if it would be an under warranty repair. It took a little while but the problem was found and the fix was covered under warranty. I visited AutoNation Mercedes Benz earlier tonight. I went in to look at their inventory to purchase a vehicle for my company. The Salesperson JR was very knowledgeable and had a great vehicle pulled up ready to test drive that fits the parameters I gave him prior to my visit. I consider that first class service and have to commend him. I have been a car salesman in the past. He was a pleasure to meet and gave me what I needed to move forward with making a decision of what car would best meet my business needs. The reason why I am reviewing this experience as 4 stars is because JR brought me a sheet of paper that is typical of most car dealerships which breaks down the Financials on the car which also has a place for a signature. I appreciated how organized he was as well as his efforts. I feel there is room for improvement on the managenment side. Granted when I walked out the door it was 15 minutes before close. The area of opportunity for management is to introduce themselves and sell the benefits of doing business with their dealership. I am not likely to buy my company car with Autonation based on this experience. I will see if they followup properly and may give the dealership another chance to earn my business. If not I will be purchasing elsewhere.

I have less than 19,000 miles on this 2014 sprinter 3500 Winnebago RV. Service B is required and the service manager identified time based service items such as belts and hoses as well as transmission service and filter replacement. While I was quite shocked by the quote of $3900 out the door, I did agree to it. A mistake was made on my bill and I received a request to pay $4600 for service “B“ Fortunately, I was working with an honorable man and even though he had indicated not remembering exactly what we talked about he did honor the original agreement and the final bill was under the $3900 we agreed to. Since this vehicle is kept in the garage and does not see harsh weather conditions I am doubtful about the need for all of the extra items that were added to my bill. In the future, I will not be so accommodating when I am given a list of items that need to be replaced, and or adjusted. As far as the work that was done, the work was done accurately and correctly.

Visited the dealership on 12/26/22 to address a nail in my rear driver side tire, but was given the runaround by a service consultant. As I understand the consultant was relatively new, I left the dealership. However, I returned an hour later and spoke with the service manager, who assigned my case to a senior service consultant, Bianca. The senior consultant listened attentively, retrieved my information, and verified that the rear driver side tire was less than 30 days old and had been recently purchased from the dealership. The tire purchase also came with a 2-year hazard protection plan. Unfortunately, the tire was not in stock, which is typical for a 2014 ML350, but the service consultant started the warranty process, ordered it and scheduled its installation for when it arrived two weeks later. Thank you Bianca! Updated 12/22 - Christal no longer works here. Christal and rest of the team took care of my car needs without any issues. Christal knows and loves what she does. The recall was done quickly. I have not picked the vehicle up as I had to travel out of state. But the dealership said that a delay in picking the vehicle up wou;d not be a problem. So at this point I have to say all is great. I will do another review after I do pick up my vehicle. I took my 2016 CLA 250 into service because I was noticing a sound from the engine. Bianca the representative was very friendly and attentive. She kept me up to date on a daily basis of where we were in the process. The technician was able to find the issue and sent me a video of his findings and what was wrong. I’ve never seen a dealership do that before! When the car was ready, they have an easy electronic payment system so you do not have to pay in person or over the phone and they dropped the car back at my house which is over an hour away! Thank you Mercedes of North Orlando! I am planning on leasing a car by the end of the year and will seriously consider this dealership based on the service I have seen thus far.

It wasn’t all bad, there was a lot of good, but the bad was VERY BAD!!! I’ll start with the bad! the f150 truck I bought, was absolutely FILTHY, but I understood it hadn’t gone through the full detail yet. I was ensured the stains on seats, Carpets, the copious amount of dog hair, brown grime, dirt, and dust everywhere, not to mention the dirty odor, as well as animal odor. I was ensured It would be taken care of, it wasn’t, more on that later. Once my sales rep knew he had my business, he didn’t spend anymore time with me unless he had to. I had come with my own car, and I asked if it could be delivered, which the sales rep was very accommodating and I greatly appreciated it! He did promise he’d fill it up with gas prior to dropping it off, it wasn’t….I didn’t see the truck prior to it being delivered to make sure that the detail job was done, it wasn’t! I saw it in my driveway and I was told “we don’t have anything to do carpets or seats in our detail shop” at this point I was really disappointed, as it still stunk, was still dirty, stained and grimed up badly! Animal hair everywhere, like they never touched it. I have to hire a professional mobile detailer to come in and strip this thing down and deep clean it from the inside out, around $400!! I was charged a dealer recondition fee, and it wasn’t! The good- Michael in financing was absolutely amazing, and lightning fast! He cares, he worked for me, and did all he could to get me in and out as fast as possible and man was it fast!!! He had me out in under an hr and that’s never happened ever! Michael saved this review and my experience and took a disappointment and turned it into a better review… The other stuff was flat out embarrassing and shameful to send something out like that!!

This dealership, in particular the service department, has no integrity... Stay away! On a cross-country trip from our home in Seattle, we had to bring our 2018 GLE 350 here for a Schedule A service . While there, we asked that a "popping" noise in the front suspension be looked into. The car is covered under the MB Certified Pre-Owned warranty. Firstly, the dealership told us that there was a $235 service fee to look into the cause of the noise, something that our dealership in Seattle has never done. We were told that if the source of the noise was covered by the CPO, they would repair the car and we would be refunded the fee to diagnose the problem, but if the problem was not covered by the CPO, we would have to pay the fee as well as any additional costs for any repairs. When we picked up the car the following day, we were told that the noise was caused by “brace plates at the rear of the front sub-frame” being not fully tight. In other words, CRITICAL SUSPENSION PARTS WERE LOOSE. The dealership did tighten the bolts, but , In their nonsensical interpretation, since no part “failed” or was replaced, tightening these brace plates was an “adjustment”, and therefore not covered under the CPO warranty. An "adjustment" relates to car parts that are designed to wear… Suspension components such as cam bolts, ball joints, tie rod ends; Body part alignment; Window regulators, Door and trunk latches, all have built in mechanisms to adjust for normal wear. As I discussed with the service advisor David, and the service manager Brian, parts that are bolted-on, not designed for, and with no means for adjustment, cannot be adjusted. They are either attached properly or not. Particularly, critical mechanical parts of the chassis/suspension and drivetrain. The loosening of any such part renders the vehicle potentially catastrophically dangerous and is a design flaw that would be subject to a recall or a technical bulletin. Despite my protest, they refused to remove the service fee from our bill and we had to pay it. Ultimately, what this dealership saw in us was out-of-town clients that were not likely to be repeat customers and therefore, made a decision to gouge us with a service fee premised on a ridiculous decision over the meaning of the word "adjustment". We will be pursuing this issue further with MB USA and the Better Business Bureau.

Although I had no steering column issues, I that there was a recall on it for 2014 MB E550. I scheduled the recall service and on return, the up/down function of the steering column no longer worked. I returned the car to have them repair whatever it was they did that caused it to stop working and to perform two other required repairs they found on the car. It took 2 appointments where my car was held for 4 days with no work done and only an explanation that column issue was just a gear that was not sitting properly which only required a minor adjustment. I made an additional appointment to get that repaired along with other repairs they recommended. They held the car for two more weeks because they had an issue getting a part. Although there were mo issues with the steering column before they worked on the car, they replaced the steering column part under my extended warranty, contradicting their first diagnostic and now claiming there was a broken gear which had nothing to do with their recall work on the column. In consideration of the legnthy repair time, they waived the warranty deductible which was fair. I took the car home and didn't play music on the way home so I could listen for any noise coming from their repairs. I parked the car and hadn't touched it for a few weeks due to a knee surgery I had right after getting my car back. When I drove it again and did turn on the music player, I immediately noticed a rattle in the subwoofer, like a blown speaker, that definitely wasn't there before they worked on the car. I went back to their service rep and he claimed they had nothing to do with the speaker issue. How many times an i going I bring my car to them for one issue and "coincedently" another part that had absolutely no issues, suddenly and mysteriously breaks while they perform service on the car. The rear deck subwoofer is not covered under warranty and will cost over $1500 for parts and labor to replace. I have no way to prove they damaged it, but know for a fact that there were absolutely no issues with the speaker before they worked on the car. Unbelievably terrible and shady service.

Brought my RV on a sprinter chassis in because I had accidentally over serviced the motor oil. The service manager took it right back and had a maintenance technician suck out the oil and service to the proper level. While it was in the shop they took care of two outstanding recalls. The service manager even pointed out to me that I didn’t have all my keys(due to microchip shortages) and placed them on order. They did not charge me anything for all that they did. I will be using this dealer for all my Mercedes needs.

Who by the way looks like he belongs at jiffy lube. If I wanted service like this I would have bought a Kia. I had better customer service at my Jeep dealership. Had the worst customer service experience at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando in a long while. This incident had to do with a safety recall on 2022 C300. I called them to schedule a time, a week in advance, and the agent on the phone checked and confirmed they have the piece they will have to install for the recall, and promised it would take 1 hour to be done. Went today for the installation, arriving on 10am for the appointment, to be greeted by the service advisor at 10:40 (that's the amount of wait you have to deal with to meet the advisor). Upon talking to the advisor, I told that it would take a couple of hours, so I had to return home and leave the car with them. That was frustrating to start with, but it's what it's. Haven't received a call back for the car, I stopped by 5 hours later, and the service advisor went back to the technician, brought me the keys, and told me that they don't have the piece, they don't have an ETA/don't know when it's going to be available (although mentioned a piece is on its way from Texas, but refused to even book an appointment for fixing a safety hazard!). To make things worse, the advisor was making the excuse that he didn't communicate with the technician to know if the piece is there (what luxury car dealership is this?). Mind you, this is a safety recall on a car I bought from this place just a few months ago, they confirmed in advance they have the piece to install, and promised certain time they did not fulfill. To add insult to injury, the advisor asked to call Mercedes to figure out the issue with them (wow!) Very unprofessional, disrespectful of others time, and very disappointing. I took a day off from work to get this done, and the day was wasted because of a bunch of unprofessional and incompetent dudes who don't fathom the meaning of customer service, straightforward communication, and ethnical practice.

I was dropping off my vehicle To have the high pressure fuel pump replace due to a recall. I i i I had an appointment at 11 o'clock when I got to the dealership I was greeted by the gentleman outside and was told that my service advisor would be with me in a moment. 20 minutes later is when my service advisor made contact with me. Later in the day I was sent to video for recommended services which was really great. Then a few hours later I received a text message saying that my vehicle won't be ready till tomorrow. So I stopped by the dealership to pick up a few things out of my vehicle and the technician told me he was just finishing up my vehicle. Which at that point I went to go see my service advisor ever said riser I'm coming to find out though he was gone for the day. So I waited until the next morning to see if he would call me to let me know that my vehicle was ready. I spent the whole week in without a vehicle not one piece of communication communication to update me on the status of my vehicle. Monday morning I took an Uber to the dealership because I called my service adviser multiple times and he wouldn't return my call. Turns out my service advisor forgot to reach out to me. And for my inconvenience he gave me a measly $25 off of my repair. And then to top it off they were supposed to give me a service wash and the vehicle was never washed. Now typically click keep my vehicle very clean But when I asked my service adviser told me that the vehicle was washed. Straight lie to my face. I also paid for an Alignment and my vehicle still pulls to one side.

I was served by another service advisor due to my requested advisor not being there and he did a nice job. The accommodations for service waiters is as good as it gets. However, 2 1/2 hours to replace one tire pressure monitor sensor at a cost of over $500 is excessive. MB makes nice cars but out-of-warranty service costs are outrageous.

I already left a similar review on Yelp as I was waiting for my car Saturday morning. First, it took a while to find someone who could help me Saturday morning when I arrived to pick it up.The car was repaired and I paid the bill on line via a link I was sent by text. I was looking forward to quickly getting my car and not wasting any more of my Saturday than was necessary. Here’s what happened. I had tried this dealership many years ago and the experience was so bad I decided I would never go back. But my 1994 E 320 Cabriolet broke down not far from the dealership. So I had it towed there. It took two full days and $302 to replace a blown fuse. I was not happy but paid the bill and told them when I would pick up the car. When it was finally brought around it was wet and dirty. I asked if the dealership didn’t wash the exterior of the cars they serviced. I was told yes. But they must have parked it under a tree and near their sprinkler system. The car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. The attendant said they would quickly wash it. After 20 minutes I started writing my review on Yelp. It took more than half an hour to get my car back from the “quick wash “. I cannot recommend this dealership for repairs or what should be expected of “Mercedes” service.

Took car in for service for a trunk button that we found out doesn't do what the sales man told us it did. So wasted trip for that. Took car in for two other issues Driver assist not working and add oil light keeps coming on. Neither issue has been fixed. After driving away 40 miles into drive add oil light came back on and after one week the driver assist is out again.Also when they opened the hood they pulled out the latch which is now dangling.

repair was satisfactory and the representative was knowledgeable and courteous, although he could have provided more communication on the status of the repair. My only complaint was that it should not have taken 1 week to repair a coolant pump. It happens that my wife had knee replacement surgery and could not drive so the inconvenience was tolerable but still unacceptable.

The customer service representative was efficient, pleasant and able to answer all questions. I was what is termed a “waiter” for the service to be provided. He gave me an approximate time the service would take and it was completed within 5-minutes of that time. The atmosphere within the facility was busy, yet pleasant. There is an offering of hot/cold beverages and snack foods. One could browse, watch television or self-occupy while waiting. My vehicle was so clean when it was returned, I hardly recognized it. :) Thank you. As I drove away, I felt both I amd my car had been well cared for.

Our experience was wonderfully refreshing. When we purchased our Mercedes it was previously (gently) used. Mileage was very low - but there was a bit of interior damage -which we later learned was still under warranty. My husband brought the car in & learned (to his dismay) we had just missed our warranty period. The guys there were wonderful- getting a "good will" approval to repair the damage at no charge. Dave was wonderful from start to finish. Truly nice people, that care about making their clients happy.

The repairs and / or services that were actually done were very good and I am completely satisfied. That being said, some things I asked to have done were not done. I asked for an engine oil dipstick to be installed as this e-class wagon apparently did not come with one. Nonetheless, I wanted one installed, but again it was not. There were also 2 other things I asked to be checked but were not.

I have purchased two Mercedes-Benz from this dealership since 2012. I have always had excellent service from them...UNTIL NOW. I scheduled an "A" Service and later discovered that I had an appointment on the same day. Getting that changed is impossible to do on-line. After texting them to get it changed, I asked what the approximate cost was. They just sent me a link which took me to "DigniFI" -- a finance company. Their web site clearly states "up front pricing." Finally, they sent me a text stating that they could only assist in scheduling appointments. This is unsatisfactory. I still would like to know the approximate cost. But, it seems as though they don't care.

I arrived at Mercedes in North Orlando a little before 12:15 PM on Friday, Aug 29 with a nail in my right back tire, right in the middle of the tire. The service attendant checked me in and said it should not be long. A few minutes later the service tech came out and said they don't plug a flat tire, too dangerous, and would have to put a new tire on the car. I told him that tires are repaired everyday in America and that the tire was almost new, however, he said they don't repair tires. Obviously when they have a customer with a flat tire, you are a captive and they can exploit you to sell you a new tire. With no choice, I agreed to replace the tire; after around 45 min later, the service tech came out to tell me they did not have the tire in stock, but they had one at the Maitland dealership about 20 min away; then he said " if you want to drive down there and pick up the tire we can put it on your car", I responded if I can't drive my car, how would I go pick up the tire, he then said okay we will go get it. Almost 4 hours later I had a new tire at a cost of $432.44 and left the dealership around 4 PM. I have purchased 4 Mercedes from this dealership since 2000 and am very disappointed at the service, no one apologized for the 4 hour wait and the complete incompetence of this sad performance. Not sure I will ever buy another Mercedes from this dealership, obviously good loyal customers don't matter!

David the service person who attended me was great he went to extreme measures to make sure my eight hour service day went well such as providing me with a lyft ride to my home and back when the service was completed. She kept me up to date through the whole process while my baby was in for a service B. She also helped me select a new set of tires which I will purchase soon. I bought my 2021 gla 250 in Clearwater since there are literally none avail right now. I really wanted to buy it from Mercedes North in Sanford and wish I just built one and waited. There service and sales team is nothing short of Spectacular. In a couple of years when my lease is up and I’m ready for one of Mercedes state of the art electric vehicles I promise you I’ll be purchasing from Mercedes North of Sanford Fl, even if I have to wait a little longer.

I made my request and told it takes a week to get the airbag - once in the shop -no airbag. This was a Friday and was told maybe Monday. I strongly believe it was never ordered or they received the wrong color. After again I talked to Brian - it was ordered for over-night delivery. Brian dropped off my finish Mercedes the next day. We purchased a used C300 coupe from a Kia dealership. Driving on the highway on the way home I could feel a slight vibration, also it was due for a B service. We took it to Mercedes Benz - North Orlando and met with Brittney as our service advisor she was concerned how long the service and the check of the vibration may take, she booked us in for the work two days later and arranged a loaner car… On the day of the service I was sent a report of the problem and a video clearly showing a damaged wheel rim and two worn front tires, I agreed to getting a replacement rim and two two tires, to get the rim and complete the repair took two more days during which time we could keep the loaner. I was also helped by the sales department to clear the “Mecedes Me Connect” previous users and to get me logged on. We collected our car completed as promised. Things that truly surprised and impressed us were: Being given a loaner even when we didn’t purchase the vehicle there. Seeing a full video from the service team of our car that highlighted the problems. The overall professionalism from Mercedes Benz North Orlando. We were Cadillac owners for the past 8 years and never had a similar experience at the local Cadillac dealership

After I went to see the car what I was interested at it appears to be all flooded inside for what dealer said we will take care of it. And called me two days later inviting yo purchase. I wasn't in the rush and about 10 days later i decided to get it. Called the dealer and confirmed it all fixed and good to go. Next day I went to buy it, but!!!it's all wet again with some mold inside. They said they didn't dry it properly so come back tomorrow, will fix it. Almost two weeks under Florida sun it should be dry by itself...but no! I pointed to them that it's probably panoramic roof drain need to be clean. So it's not about drying it it's about fixing the problem....and respond was again it left open under the rain two weeks ago, there are no leaks..they didn'tdry it properly.They checked everything and dried it again. Two days later I went to buy it. The process was about 4 hours. During this time you just sitting and waiting....nobody even offered water/coffee/tea. So the purchase experience was very poor, but it's just begging. During the .5 test drive you can't really check the vehicle. On the long ride to home I stated to notice some problems. Some engine kicks on low rpm on the highway. Torsen is loocking differential on very sharp turns(oil need to be changed) Water pump and thermostat are leaking very badly and 2 days later your coolant tank is empty. Oil pressure regulation valve isn't working correctly what causes oil consumption, additional water pump multifunction, oil separator multifunction, TouchPad has dead line about an inch wide , so can't be really used. And coolest things-when you start it you see warning messages-you vehicle past inspection some amount of days....So basically they sell you a car what needs to be serviced, bunch of work to be done. And you go and get it done by yourself. And its all from Mersedes officials dealer what is part of Autonation, after 120 points inspection, certified preowned, no worry purchase and blablabla. On 30k+ vehicle. But they give you a 90 days warranty. Do you really trust them to do the service of your vehicle??? Since I was a mechanic in the past I don't really afraid of some minor problems... but after calculating the amount of parts $ ant time what I need to fix all of this I decided it's not fair that after spending 35k$ on the vehicle from should be reputable dealer I will do by myself. So I went to the Audi of Orlando since it's all part of Autonation. Explain what are the problems and showed them the list of bad parts, what I wanted to be replaced because they are in the list of covered parts, just the one what in the warranty, rest I will take care of. By the phone its actually hard to make an appointment so I just went to drop it of and and they told me it should be done in about two day. They need to do diagnostics and if it's warranty case I will not pay 250$ for that. So to see that all front of the engine is covered in coolant and its dripping and to read error codes you don't need much time. It took 24 hours to to make it happened and case was created and send to the office, after another 24 hours I got a response that inspector need to come and see it and hopefully it will be there maybe today...(so already3 days and non of work have been done)....for me just interesting to see what??how water pump is leaking? Autonation don't trust officials dealers mechanics? Probably I wouldn't really trust too, because on the video of the inspection mechanic says there is some blue and green leaks , MAYBE, washer fluid was added yo the system.Maybe!!! If you are a mechanic you should know color doesn't mean anything, it's just colorant(what even Audi website says about coolants) washer fluid also can be green, blue , red.....so why seing blue leaks you would assume that there is washer fluid added?why not blueberry juice or mouthwash? Not saying about problems to get around without car..and who knows for how long. Tba..

Went last Saturday for a B service and I was overall happy with how I was treated. No one was rude. The service took 3.5 hours, which may be normal for a Saturday. There’s only 2 things I found upsetting: 1. I have an extended warranty on my car and because the “warranty guy” wasn’t there, no one could tell me if my sunroof was covered. People live busy lives and I don’t have the time to take it all the way back just to be told yes/no. Especially if he’s only there during the week. Not understanding why anyone can’t just pull up my warranty terms, but I digress. 2. The other issue was I was told I needed two new front tires, which is impossible. I need one, but I bought a new one 4 weeks ago. It just makes me wonder what else isn’t so honest, but I feel like that’s car shops in general.

Dealt with two salesmen.. One told me that there was no inventory for the c300 but yet though they have 60 on their website. The other one told me there was no c300 in stock but they show 3 on their website. He also said that the other ones in transit are 2022. They can't get their stories straight. They also don't want to return my calls to discuss this. Since I set a price on what I wanted to pay, they decided to act like this. Basicly giving me an excuse to make it look like they don't have any vehicles for sale. I would would be very careful about shopping here. Due your research if you're going to lease from this Dealership. Google on how they come up with their lease figures otherwise you will end up paying alot more than you need to. Learn about The MSRP and The Residual Value on the vehicle. Plus of course your discounts and their fees. DO YOUR MATH!!!

Took the car in for normal service and a tire check warning. Had a 9:30 appointment with Tom and arrived at 9:20, Checked in outside and went inside to wait for Service Rep. At 9:45, after still not being acknowledged, I started to look for help. A member of the team asked f she could help us. We explained our appointment situation and she said she could assist by helping Tom. Then at 9:50, what apparently was the service manager, greeted a gentlemen coming in the door and inquired as to the nature of his visit. He explained he had a 10 o'clock appointment with Tom for service. The "manager" then starts to accompany the guy to Tom's office. I had to stop him and explain that we have a 9:30 appointment and were still not attended to. We were then escorted to Tom's office where he was actively keying in information on his computer. Didn't acknowledge or greet us, so we stood there waiting to be helped. After another 5 minutes, he stopped typing and said "there, you are all set". So I am now lost as to why we had to wait and meet with him if he had all the information needed to service the car? Then, after waiting all day to hear from them, we called for status. He explained they needed to keep the car over night to ensure the mold smell was thoroughly remedied. The next day we called again at 9 for status. Now, we are told that the tire that triggered the alarm had a screw in it. Then we were told they do not repair tires, but instead replace them. To make things even more interesting, they said they would need to replace both back tires to keep the tread life "even". Now the news is $600 for the 2 tires, but they don't carry these and would need to be special ordered to arrive the next day. Why not tell us that the previous day? I had had enough and requested that they fill the tires with air and I would pick it up. Picked it up, took it to a tire shop and they plugged the tire with no issues for $10. This is not my typical experience here, but I might start looking elsewhere for service. This is the second vehicle we purchased from this dealership and those experiences were completely pleasant.

I did liked that they had an area where my kids could watch TV and have snacks, that made the process much easier! The salesman that worked with us was very pleasant to deal with. I was assisted right on time . I was given a quote on cost of service along with approximate wait time. The job was finished even earlier then projected and the quote was as expected. My Metris has had constant issues from bad wheel sensors. Unfortunately, MercedsBenz has failed to redesign the sensors and they continue to fail. Furthermore, Mercedes has also not extended the warrantee on this part. So, we will be forced to part with this vehicle.

Two days and I needed something else looked at and I was told they did not have the time ! I was promised my car the end of the day I brought it in and was lead to believe the tire was done to find out it wasn?t plus they never got to the other issue. Service department did a good job in replacing the right front wheel sensor on my motorhome. Service was fine but this is the 5th wheel sensor that had to be replaced in the last year. Repaired under warranty. Problem is not with dealer but with Mercedes Benz which clearly has a problem with this part. 2 previous repairs were done by other dealers when I was traveling.

I was quoted 2- 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and 3 recalls on my vehicle. I was fine with the amount of time and they provided a shuttle service which is convenient. After 3 plus hours they did not finish all of the recalls. They advised it would take a couple of more hours because they were having issues with one of the recalls. I had to call and check and go through multiple ppl before I actually was advised as to what was going on. I understand some things are out of their control, but there was definitely a lack of communication. Service advisor was nice, but for them to think it was okay for me to sit at the dealership all day was outlandish to me. They should have offered a replacement vehicle once they were aware repairs was going to take all day. I was not happy with the service.

My recent service required me to leave my vehicle for at least 4 hours; my service contact, Jennifer McNealy, offered me a loaner before I could even ask. The loaner vehicle was fine and when I returned it about four hours later, Jennifer informed me that our car would still be in service for another hour. I did not mind the delay that much since the waiting facilities are very nice - almost luxurious. There is always coffee, hot chocolate and snacks available. All in all my service experience was as pleasant as possible for this type of event.

I paid over 650 dollars for shipping that I was over charged by 150 as the shipping company only charged 500 to ship. The dealership ripped me off for the extra money. The manager name is Walter Grundorf and the Salesman was Jordan Conner. They really are nice until they get your money and then they don't care. I love the car but the customer service is very lacking and I would go some where else in the future before buying from them. They are shady and they have charges that are more than you should pay. One Star Rating is One TOO MUCH!!! I have owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles my entire life and have had them exclusively serviced at several different MB dealerships across a few different states. My recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando was, hands down, the worst and most frustrating experiences ever. My “service advisor” (whose title should be Schlemiel), Tom Welch, was less than incompetent, when I could actually get ahold of him. After countless calls, emails, and requests by other employees to respond to me, I finally found out he was taking a completely inappropriate approach at servicing my SL. I spoke with the dealer’s General Manager, Walt Nobody, and it became abundantly clear the incompetence, lack of basic customer service skills, and ineptitude comes from leadership and filters down. So sorry I wasted over three weeks with this dump and implore anyone else reading this review to avoid at all costs. Unfortunately Mercedes-Benz of Orlando (also owned by AutoNation) and Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando (so large they are unable to manage it effectively) are awful alternatives too. I found a not to distant dealer, Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach, is the perfect alternative for the expertise and white glove service that true Mercedes owners have come to expect.

My recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando was, hands down, the worst and most frustrating experiences ever. My ?service advisor? (whose title should be Schlemiel), Tom Welch, was less than incompetent, when I could actually get ahold of him. After countless calls, emails, and requests by other employees to respond to me, I finally found out he was taking a completely inappropriate approach at servicing my SL. I spoke with the dealer?s General Manager, Walt Nobody, and it became abundantly clear the incompetence, lack of basic customer service skills, and ineptitude comes from leadership and filters down. So sorry I wasted over three weeks with this dump and implore anyone else reading this review to avoid at all costs. Unfortunately Mercedes-Benz of Orlando (also owned by AutoNation) and Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando (so large they are unable to manage it effectively) are awful alternatives too. I found a not to distant dealer, Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach, is the perfect alternative for the expertise and white glove service that true Mercedes owners have come to expect.

I bought a C250, 2 years old and bought a prepaid service package at the time of purchase for 3 services total $1000. In 2019, I took my car in for service and they did a complete service (oil change, filters, replace wiper blades etc.) I took my car back over the weekend and I was told that all that is covered was an oil and filter and nothing else. I was told that the cost for an oil change for a C class is $236 so why was I charged $330 for a service that costs $236. This is fraudulent and unethical. Not even a battery check or a computer hook up was done to my car. Plus when I purchased my car, I got a friends and family deal. What a fraud! Should I be refunded with interest for the money I overpaid 2 years ago ?

I bought a prepaid service package for $1000 for my next 3 services for a c250 which is over $300 per service when I bought my car from Auto Nation. The first service I did what was the expected service (Oil change, wipers replaced etc.) The second one, I was told it only covers an oil and filter change and nothing else. I asked my advisor what's the cost for an oil change for a C class and he said $236. So the package they sold me was a RIP off because I paid an extra $100 ($330) and all I got was an oil change for the money I paid in advance about 2 years ago. And this was a friends and family deal I got. So unethical!

Worst customer service with the exception of Courtney in the service department. They tried to take advantage of my situation and price gauge me on the repair. Quoted me $1700 for a repair that should cost $100-1200. Jennifer also quoted me the price of the shifter that was broken by the towing company the roadside assistant called. I had to make several calls to get updates on my car. Mercedes USA ended up paying for the Shifter because I made the call. When they pulled up the car the tow cap was missing. Jennifer was not there to bring my car up only Courtney who I expressed my disappointment about my experience with the dealership. He ordered the part, had it painted and made things right. I would Never recommend anyone to this dealership.

First, Ryan, who even though I was not buying from that dealer, gave devoted attention to helping me learn my recently purchased preowned Mercedes. Second, Eddie, who helped me through obtaining and eventually purchasing a C300, from the Miami store! Thanks. And lastly, Cortney in service. He helped accommodate when I had scheduled at what I thought was their dealership, but was actually the Orlando one, with a loaner, updated me on progress, and did make sure repairs were 100% as if the car was his own! From my first phone call & inquiry to driving off the lot my experience with everyone I encountered at Mercedes Benz of North Orlando (MBNO) was exceptional. I found a low mileage and well kept 2013 MLK on the internet, spoke with Beau & Tony in sales to obtain a purchase order and reserve a test drive. Beau picked me up at the airport for a quick ride to the dealership where the car was fresh out of detail and waiting in the showroom. After a thorough viewing and test drive it was obvious the MLK was completely as advertised by MBNO and as described in during my phone calls with Beau & Tony. There were no surprises, hidden costs or pressure to purchase add-on items. I was informed of available warranties and prepaid maintenance plans, but when I indicated I wasn't interested neither subject was addressed again. Purchase was made and I was in and out in roughly two hours. I actually enjoyed the experience and meeting the team at MBNO. Very good in helping to arrange how and when to get my Mercedes to their dealership for a diagnostic check ! The car showed a problem while driving home from vacation. I was able to make it to my residence on a Saturday and immediately called the dealership. I left a message and was told a return call would be made to me in the afternoon. I waited until afternoon and called again as I know the people at MB are usually very attentive. I spoke to a receptionist and she immediately put me in touch with Jennifer and my problems were quickly solved! I have always had a very good relationship with MB of North Orlando. They are caring and very helpful. My car was returned to me on Monday which was wonderful as I had a full schedule for the week and needed transportation or I would have had to reschedule. My experience was the worst I was warned about getting work done at Mercedes on 6/26/2019 I called and asked for the service department in regards to getting a quote on a damaged valve stem on my tire the damage is pretty minor so I took a chance I was told to bring in the tire to be inspected to find out if it would be a easy fix or if replacement was needed I walked in the service department and explained my situation the service advisor recommended that I let the mechanics look at the tire and and then tell me what the problem was and a quote I was late for work and had already changed out the bad tire and was using the spare donut I was clear that I wanted to know the price before any work was done the service advisor gave me prices including labor that was surprisingly under 60.00 dollars I then gave my number and said to call me when the mechanics find out something ...after an hour or so I received a txt saying the valve stem had been replaced with out my permission and not only that the price was 4 times what we talked about .. I respectfully decline and said I will just pay what’s needed for the time it took them to look at my tire ... I was then told the parts are only one time use and I would have to pay for parts and labor that I didn’t authorize I was shocked because I couldn’t believe the level of deception they where holding my entire wheel for ransom I even asked for the number to there corporate office and was given a fake number.. I never expected this from Mercedes it is now the next day and they still have my rim and tire that is AMG and worth over 700.00 dollars And I have reported them to the better business bureau now I am forced to go to the court house and take legal action I have to rid on a spare donut to get to work because of the lies of a deceitful Service department I will never buy another Mercedes Benz if this is the treatment you get from a so called respectful dealership please be careful if you visit this location they are crooks and can’t be trusted

After several calls, I was able to schedule an appointment for a Recall on an Airbag. It was for the Drivers Side Airbag. I wrote to Mercedes and asked them if the Passenger Side could be replaced at the same time, and was told their was not a recall yet. I asked the Service Advisor when I went in for the Driver side replacement, and was told "there was not a recall - it might even be a different manufacturer." When I returned home, I checked our mail and there was a recall for the PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG; it was dated in March. If you treat customers fairly, they will come back. I never plan to return to Mercedes Benz North.

I took my Thor Chateau to this dealership -- Mercedes of North Orlando -- yesterday -- it barely had 5,000 miles on it -- all I wanted was an oil change -- it had been almost a year -- even though I only put less than 2,000 miles on it. He explained NOTHING -- told me I needed unnecessary things -- charged $150 to 'top off' the DCL fluid but never told me he was charging or doing this -- I know how to add DCL fluid -- I monitor the level -- it was down ONE BAR!!! This man was like a dead fish -- no personality or compassion at all. I am recently widowed -- I feel totally taken advantage of by this dealership and I will NOT be returning or recommending it to anyone. There is a huge difference -- in RECOMMENDED versus NEEDED....

My Wife and I arrived at the location and was immediately disappointed. We walked into the lobby area and was completely ignored by 3 members of your staff. There was a young lady who walked out of an office immediately to our left and looked through us. There was 2 salesman standing next to the receptionist desk and did not offer a greeting either. At this point I'm saying to my wife they don't deserve our money and we should leave. My wife had her heart set on this particular BMW so we stayed. We stood at the front desk for approximately 3-5 minutes (seemed like an eternity) before Ryan I. came from the back and warmly greeted us. Ryan's demeanor and honesty kept the dealership in the running for our business. Ryan was extremely professional and made no excuses for his colleagues' actions. We saw the car, test drove it and decided to buy it. The next day my wife drove the BMW X5 off the lot. Please ma kes sure that Ryan I knows how much I appreciate his effort to make us feel comfortable. If not for Ryan we would have taken our business elsewhere. You'll really should train your staff to acknowledge customers as they enter the showroom. Their lack of acknowledgement made us feel as though they didn't think we would purchase anything so we weren't worth their time and effort. Let your staff know that a simple hello goes a long way towards making a person feel comfortable about spending their hard earned money at your business. My rating is based on our initial treatment before interacting with Ryan.

I brought my 2016 G63 in for service. Service was good, fast, and friendly. I spoke to sales about trading in my G63 on a new G550. They low balled my trade in, I received substantially more money (10%) for it at a non AutoNation dealer and I love my new 2019 G550. It is unfortunate I could not buy it at this dealer which is much closer to my house, but frankly their trade in quote was completely insulting, and extremely greedy. Shop around!!

Brought in my car and Benjamin quickly took care of me, looked into the history of my vehicle and explain how long it would take to do whatever maintenance was needed on the vehicle. I got a ride home and was contacted with what had to be done with the vehicle and when it would be completed. Wonderful customer service.

I just got off the phone with Kenny - the Service Manager. I am delighted to say that he was most informative in updating me as to Mercedes involvement on the diagnostics and repairs to my car. It is important to note that I bought my car from Autonation who I believe have a working relationship with Mercedes of sorts, I am delighted to see that Kenny is going the extra mile to earn my future service business.
