First I called to the store and asked to a seller that could talk to me in my language, Portuguese, but I didn't find anyone. Syed Shariff attended me, answered all my questions, and was so patient that we bought the car on our fist visit. I recommend the Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando, they are attentive and helpful.

Our experience was wonderfully refreshing. When we purchased our Mercedes it was previously (gently) used. Mileage was very low - but there was a bit of interior damage -which we later learned was still under warranty. My husband brought the car in & learned (to his dismay) we had just missed our warranty period. The guys there were wonderful- getting a "good will" approval to repair the damage at no charge. Dave was wonderful from start to finish. Truly nice people, that care about making their clients happy.

The repairs and / or services that were actually done were very good and I am completely satisfied. That being said, some things I asked to have done were not done. I asked for an engine oil dipstick to be installed as this e-class wagon apparently did not come with one. Nonetheless, I wanted one installed, but again it was not. There were also 2 other things I asked to be checked but were not.

I have purchased two Mercedes-Benz from this dealership since 2012. I have always had excellent service from them...UNTIL NOW. I scheduled an "A" Service and later discovered that I had an appointment on the same day. Getting that changed is impossible to do on-line. After texting them to get it changed, I asked what the approximate cost was. They just sent me a link which took me to "DigniFI" -- a finance company. Their web site clearly states "up front pricing." Finally, they sent me a text stating that they could only assist in scheduling appointments. This is unsatisfactory. I still would like to know the approximate cost. But, it seems as though they don't care.

After reaching out to two other dealerships I got to talk to Syed Asif Shariff from the Sanford dealership and had the best car purchase experience. He was personable and honest and was thorough. He made the whole experience stress free. Our car was ready for us and in the showroom before we got there. Was an excellent experience.

I arrived at Mercedes in North Orlando a little before 12:15 PM on Friday, Aug 29 with a nail in my right back tire, right in the middle of the tire. The service attendant checked me in and said it should not be long. A few minutes later the service tech came out and said they don't plug a flat tire, too dangerous, and would have to put a new tire on the car. I told him that tires are repaired everyday in America and that the tire was almost new, however, he said they don't repair tires. Obviously when they have a customer with a flat tire, you are a captive and they can exploit you to sell you a new tire. With no choice, I agreed to replace the tire; after around 45 min later, the service tech came out to tell me they did not have the tire in stock, but they had one at the Maitland dealership about 20 min away; then he said " if you want to drive down there and pick up the tire we can put it on your car", I responded if I can't drive my car, how would I go pick up the tire, he then said okay we will go get it. Almost 4 hours later I had a new tire at a cost of $432.44 and left the dealership around 4 PM. I have purchased 4 Mercedes from this dealership since 2000 and am very disappointed at the service, no one apologized for the 4 hour wait and the complete incompetence of this sad performance. Not sure I will ever buy another Mercedes from this dealership, obviously good loyal customers don't matter!

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ALWAYS FREINDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. David the service person who attended me was great he went to extreme measures to make sure my eight hour service day went well such as providing me with a lyft ride to my home and back when the service was completed. He also accepted a 150.00 dollar discount off my bill.

My Check engine light came on while I was heading to Orlando and it started with 10 Starts. I had an emegency and They got me in right away so that I could continue using my Airstream until I could leave it with them. They were very helpful in an emergency situation!

It was such an easy process selling/buying a care at Mercedes Benz of North Orlando! I reached out about a vehicle and Anastasia was quick to get back to me. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and what I wanted in a vehicle. My husband and I drove almost 3 hours to look at a 2022 GLE350 and were immediately greeted by more than one associate. Everyone we encountered was super pleasant. Anastasia was wonderful to work with. From the first phone call to the actual delivery of the C300. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process start to finish, which took nearly a month to get the car from the shipping port to the dealer. Nevertheless, it gave us plenty of time for questions and concerns. This was my first purchase from North Orlando as I live 700 miles away. If you are looking for a Mercedes’ I strongly recommend calling Anastasia!

We drove from Amelia Island to Mercedes of North Orlando. We had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience with ANASTASIA and RYAN. I have bought quite a few vehicles in my time and I have to say this was by far one of the easiest experiences I've ever had. I cannot say enough about the dealership, the lack of hassle or haggle and the willingness to get a deal done. ADAM made it happen even when it looks difficult. They sent me a video of checking my tire tread but they forgot one thing, to put air in my tires and apparently they were low since my warning came. So, aday later in the rain I got put air in a tire that was 10psi low...

Jordan Conner was excellent with my CLA35 custom order. The only disappointing thing was the time it took to arrive which was about 3 months longer than expected. The ordering process went smoothly and was fun getting o select everything myself. Once ordered, Jordan kept in touch throughout the process with regular updates. The process was very easy and they did a great job. Alex, the finance manager even came in on his day off to ensure we were able to get everything done quickly. I love this vehicle. I would highly recommend the Sanford Mercedes dealership.

I drove down from Atlanta and completed the purchase without any issues. The process was simple and took lees that an hour at the dealership.

She kept me up to date through the whole process while my baby was in for a service B. She also helped me select a new set of tires which I will purchase soon. I bought my 2021 gla 250 in Clearwater since there are literally none avail right now. I really wanted to buy it from Mercedes North in Sanford and wish I just built one and waited. There service and sales team is nothing short of Spectacular. In a couple of years when my lease is up and I’m ready for one of Mercedes state of the art electric vehicles I promise you I’ll be purchasing from Mercedes North of Sanford Fl, even if I have to wait a little longer.

had many problems with the inexperience service team - had to talk to Brian the service manager to get results. I made my request and told it takes a week to get the airbag - once in the shop -no airbag. This was a Friday and was told maybe Monday. I strongly believe it was never ordered or they received the wrong color. After again I talked to Brian - it was ordered for over-night delivery. Brian dropped off my finish Mercedes the next day. We purchased a used C300 coupe from a Kia dealership. Driving on the highway on the way home I could feel a slight vibration, also it was due for a B service. We took it to Mercedes Benz - North Orlando and met with Brittney as our service advisor she was concerned how long the service and the check of the vibration may take, she booked us in for the work two days later and arranged a loaner car… On the day of the service I was sent a report of the problem and a video clearly showing a damaged wheel rim and two worn front tires, I agreed to getting a replacement rim and two two tires, to get the rim and complete the repair took two more days during which time we could keep the loaner. I was also helped by the sales department to clear the “Mecedes Me Connect” previous users and to get me logged on. We collected our car completed as promised. Things that truly surprised and impressed us were: Being given a loaner even when we didn’t purchase the vehicle there. Seeing a full video from the service team of our car that highlighted the problems. The overall professionalism from Mercedes Benz North Orlando. We were Cadillac owners for the past 8 years and never had a similar experience at the local Cadillac dealership

Buying a new 2022 Mercedes GLE 350 from this dealership was probably the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had and I've bought a lot of cars over the years. Much of the process was handled by phone or email prior to even arriving at the dealership. So by the time I arrived to test drive the vehicle the business portion of the deal was already taken care of. From the knowledgeable and courteous salesman to the equally helpful finance manager, I couldn't have asked for an easier no pressure, honest, straight-forward and professional buying experience. Our overall experience with Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando was excellent. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Fadi (Hosn) who immediately came across as professional, nice, and relatable. He showed us a few GLE 350's in stock, answered a few questions we had, but what they had in stock weren't exactly what I wanted (color and features). Fadi came across as an excellent representative of the Mercedes Benz brand, and was genuinely interested in getting us, as customers, what we were looking for. That was quite positive impression, and I felt this is a place I could do business with. As we were walking back, we saw a 2022 C300 that was exactly what I was thinking of for my wife. A few minutes later, we were determined to get that one for her instead. We went for a test drive, and Fadi explained to us the various safety and convenience features the car has, with a ton of recommendations. Back in the office, he also walked us through financing options. I wasn't interested in financing, so that part was easy. Fees seemed reasonable (with nothing hidden). The F&I person, John, was friendly and professional, and working with him on the disclosures, registration, etc. was quite easy and smooth. Overall, I feel our experience working with them was superb, and I strongly recommend them for those interested in Mercedes Benz.

I called to make an appointment to replace broken wiper arms. I got a quick appointment. I told the rep the part numbers I needed. I also agreed to schedule my 60,000 mile maintenance visit. I was told there were no loaner cars available and that this appointment would take most of the day. I arranged a friend to follow me to drop off the car. When we arrived it was determined no one ordered the parts and the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. And now a loaner was available. So we both drove 65 miles for nothing and I had to return the next day to pick up the car. I called service to check on the status of the repair starting about 1 pm.I repeated the call 4 times until about 3 pm when the operator was able to get a message out. My time and gas are worth a lot. No one in service answered the phone. I left a message for my service advisor to give me a status report. She didn't reply until I spoke with the operator. Finally I got a call the car would be ready by 5 pm. The car was ready when I arrived and I was able to pay $2339.59 for broken wiper arms and a maintenance visit and a replacement for a gas door. Seems like a lot. I have owned this car for almost 6 years. This service was not what I had experienced at this dealership in the past. As I may think of buying a new car once this recession subsides but I doubt I will consider another MB. Overall, the work done on my car seems fine, other aspects of this visit were disappointing .

Had words with the service advisor as they failed to return calls after 10+ attempts and were unprepared for my appointment as a result. Finally received help from Eddie Anderson and he was great. He listened to my concerns and was able to get the work done after a 3 hour delay that should have been avoided had they answered their phones or the first service manager listened. I believe the first managers name was Eguardo or something like that. The work was extensive and took the remainder of the day and past the service departments operating hours but Eddie and his staff stuck with it and finished all work.

Traveling from Oregon to Orlando with our 2021 Mercedes Sprinter based C-Class motorhome we had our service engine light come on in Sanford. Left a message that evening on the dealership's service line. Tom called just after opening the next day. We were able to get the vehicle scheduled in for a warranty repair. Totally impressed with Tom and his team's communication, consideration and expertise. They ordered a part for next day and came in early to help us get on the road again. Fantastic. Even appreciated the Starbuck's coffee.

Disappointed , we came in today my fiance and I to look for a new E class . They had two in the lot I was interested in and several others in their dealer network. Where my dissatisfaction lays is that no one could get up to greet us or help us. I am and was very serious in my decision to buy a new car and have had my eyes on several Mercedes’ . It’s u fortunate that no one wanted to assist us in our car purchase, I’ve had my s600 and my 550e serviced here multiple times and always have a delightful experience in “service”. I don’t feel I could say the same about the sales side and reception.

This was our second visit for same problem and I was told that problem was fixed up to the Mercedes standard, well problem is still not fixed. So I can only conclude that this must be new standard for Mercedes. Mercedes-Benz promises to deliver “the best or nothing” through everything they do, I am very suspicious about "best" thing.

After I went to see the car what I was interested at it appears to be all flooded inside for what dealer said we will take care of it. And called me two days later inviting yo purchase. I wasn't in the rush and about 10 days later i decided to get it. Called the dealer and confirmed it all fixed and good to go. Next day I went to buy it, but!!!it's all wet again with some mold inside. They said they didn't dry it properly so come back tomorrow, will fix it. Almost two weeks under Florida sun it should be dry by itself...but no! I pointed to them that it's probably panoramic roof drain need to be clean. So it's not about drying it it's about fixing the problem....and respond was again it left open under the rain two weeks ago, there are no leaks..they didn'tdry it properly.They checked everything and dried it again. Two days later I went to buy it. The process was about 4 hours. During this time you just sitting and waiting....nobody even offered water/coffee/tea. So the purchase experience was very poor, but it's just begging. During the .5 test drive you can't really check the vehicle. On the long ride to home I stated to notice some problems. Some engine kicks on low rpm on the highway. Torsen is loocking differential on very sharp turns(oil need to be changed) Water pump and thermostat are leaking very badly and 2 days later your coolant tank is empty. Oil pressure regulation valve isn't working correctly what causes oil consumption, additional water pump multifunction, oil separator multifunction, TouchPad has dead line about an inch wide , so can't be really used. And coolest things-when you start it you see warning messages-you vehicle past inspection some amount of days....So basically they sell you a car what needs to be serviced, bunch of work to be done. And you go and get it done by yourself. And its all from Mersedes officials dealer what is part of Autonation, after 120 points inspection, certified preowned, no worry purchase and blablabla. On 30k+ vehicle. But they give you a 90 days warranty. Do you really trust them to do the service of your vehicle??? Since I was a mechanic in the past I don't really afraid of some minor problems... but after calculating the amount of parts $ ant time what I need to fix all of this I decided it's not fair that after spending 35k$ on the vehicle from should be reputable dealer I will do by myself. So I went to the Audi of Orlando since it's all part of Autonation. Explain what are the problems and showed them the list of bad parts, what I wanted to be replaced because they are in the list of covered parts, just the one what in the warranty, rest I will take care of. By the phone its actually hard to make an appointment so I just went to drop it of and and they told me it should be done in about two day. They need to do diagnostics and if it's warranty case I will not pay 250$ for that. So to see that all front of the engine is covered in coolant and its dripping and to read error codes you don't need much time. It took 24 hours to to make it happened and case was created and send to the office, after another 24 hours I got a response that inspector need to come and see it and hopefully it will be there maybe today...(so already3 days and non of work have been done)....for me just interesting to see what??how water pump is leaking? Autonation don't trust officials dealers mechanics? Probably I wouldn't really trust too, because on the video of the inspection mechanic says there is some blue and green leaks , MAYBE, washer fluid was added yo the system.Maybe!!! If you are a mechanic you should know color doesn't mean anything, it's just colorant(what even Audi website says about coolants) washer fluid also can be green, blue , red.....so why seing blue leaks you would assume that there is washer fluid added?why not blueberry juice or mouthwash? Not saying about problems to get around without car..and who knows for how long. Tba..

Let’s just say mehhh. I took the car in at 25k miles because my check engine light was flashing. Try told me it was the spark plugs and the car needed an oil change. They then told me I couldn’t get a loaner car because I didn’t purchase my car from there. Ok cool then I get a call about how although my car has 25k miles since it’s 6 years old I needed the 60 k maintenance because that’s how it’s done! Let’s not forget to mention the service was ball park $2800. I refused that but got the oil change and spark plugs only to pay almost 1k. My following service took it to a actual Mercedes dealership that is not an affiliate of Auto Nation and my oil service was $360 and the brake service was $210 the transmission service $600 more than half the price and I got a loaner car!!!!! Just take your cars to Mercedes in S Orlando or Daytona you will save $$$ in the long run

We went to Daytona Mercedes dealership to seek help for our Sprinter van DEF issues with no starts left. They refused to assist us as their customers appointments are more important than our emergency! They suggested Sanford Mercedes as potentially willing helpers? How right they got it!! Greetings: We are the Rodriguez family. We purchased a MB CLA 250 3 plus years ago. We are very happy with the vehicle. The sales process to the end was somewhat uncomfortable because we were transferred from one assistant to the other to include speaking to the sales manager. Later throughout the servicing processes of the prepaid services the assistant specialist were not offering a lend vehicle while our vehicle was been worked on to include car washing. This service assistant in particular in 2 ovations attempted to take car of another customers ahead of my wife having been there first. We were not given a lender vehicle in various visits because we did not have a credit car. We felt like we were treated as not an important customer. The car washers in multiple occasions failed to do the vehicles interiors. The constant change of service assistants and supervisor not been available well noticeable. And forget about getting some type of assistant over the telephone related to following up with services. Because of all of these, I will not consider MB of Sanford ever when looking to purchase another vehicle just like I didn’t when purchasing my 718 Cayman. I thing MB should consider taking a look at what’s happening in the customer service department. My car had a vibration at highway speeds, so I made an appointment for rotation, balance, and alignment (was due for it anyway). However, my advisor Richard noticed that my tires were near the wear bars, and recommended against the alignment, saying it would be a waste of money, and recommended replacing the tires instead, and doing the alignment with the new tires, which we did. Now the car drives like new again, and he even managed to get a rebate for me! We have had nothing but positive experiences with the service department here, with multiple advisors, all being honest and forthcoming with my choices in maintaining my vehicle. We're very pleased with this group of people and wholeheartedly recommended them for service on your vehicle as well!

I visited one day to make an appointment and met Brittany. As soon as she was available she took down all the information on my vehicle and made me an appointment. My Sprinter van had a serious problem with a major system which would have ultimately caused the engine to fail. After visiting several other Mercedes dealers in other states with no luck, Tim, the mechanic at MB of North Orlando correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it with expert skill and speed. Tom, the locations Service Writer, also took fantastic care of me, spending time discussing my options and working with me on the timing for the repairs. I live in my van, have been to all lower 48 states and have stopped into around a dozen MB dealerships across the country and this is by far the best one for service in my experience. Went last Saturday for a B service and I was overall happy with how I was treated. No one was rude. The service took 3.5 hours, which may be normal for a Saturday. There’s only 2 things I found upsetting: 1. I have an extended warranty on my car and because the “warranty guy” wasn’t there, no one could tell me if my sunroof was covered. People live busy lives and I don’t have the time to take it all the way back just to be told yes/no. Especially if he’s only there during the week. I need one, but I bought a new one 4 weeks ago. It just makes me wonder what else isn’t so honest, but I feel like that’s car shops in general.

Overall experience was great. Rick was our service manager and he kept us informed the entire time. It was a major problem so we were given a loaner car for 35 days as parts had to be shipped from Germany and consulting with Germany on issues. My suggestion would be to provide a loaner based on the type of car the guest has. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars were the 35 days and the C class car we drove for more than a month. Not what we expected from Mercedes’

Car was there for two days for headlight adjustment and turn signal that was out. They never even got to the car, had to explain 3 times what was needed, and they were gonna charge almost $400 for two separate diagnostic charges. Funny since I told them one of my turn signals was out. $200 to turn on my signal to see that it is out? Anyway they never got to it and I told them to not touch the car half was thru the 2nd day and picked it up. They have a serious management and organizational problem. Also charging huge diagnostic fee for a headlight adjustment and a 2nd for a turn signal outage is punitive. I would find someone else.

I give this dealership 2 stars only because Fadi and John were great at assisting me but the vehicle i purchased was less than ideal. I purchased a 2019 S560 with 35k miles i paid $86,000, they did a terrible job washing the car that day, there was still marker ink on the vehicle when i took it home that the dealer uses to mark damage on the car. after taking possession of the vehicle on my drive home i noticed the steering wheel was shaking at 60-70 mph, I called them and they told me to bring it in that week to get checked, they got me a loaner (c class) and told me that one of the rims was bent most likely due to the previous owner hitting a pothole. i had to take the car home that day without it getting fixed because they couldn't do it in-house. i had to go back the next day to fix it and they didn't even fix it... Ive been calling the dealership since december 30th trying to get an appointment and i can't even get a response. Cristal, who I was told was the service manager, she does not take my calls nor responds to my texts. I am requesting a call so they can make this right.

I had an appointment to get a second key programmed. Arrived in service. One woman ignored us then a young man came out who was totally confused. Waited at parts for some time after we were shuffled around. Not one person who walked passed us asked if we were being helped. We pushed the button and waited. Everyone seemed unconcerned with providing assistance until thankfully Rick come along. Rick was superb.

My major concern was that my motorhome built on a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter Chassis has no brake lights nor directional lights. I was charged $113 but I was sent home to drive to Titusville without this safety issue resolved. The explanation was that the problem was not a Mercedes issue but blamed the motorhome manufacturer. I had several recall issues and the dealer did address those items. Also, when I drove back to get my Sprinter there was a delay due to locating my keys.

Drop off and pick up were very unguided. I stood there for approximately 10 minutes each time waiting to be approached. Perhaps everyone was very busy? Just a "hello, be right with you" would have went a long way. Service advisors switched at some point. Confusing. I had to call on Saturday, 4:30 pm to find out the vehicle would not be ready. My apologies to my neighbor who was keeping himself available to give me a ride:(. I had to call Monday at 1:15pm to start the conversation about readiness expectations. On a happy note, as a brand I was impressed and pleased with the level of warranty coverage the dealership provided. Thus the third star. Chalk this one up to Covid fog.

The experience that I received from Mercedes Benz of North Orlando was very good. I had to wait for the car to be checked which only took a couple of hours, as I was told by Customer Service when I made the appointment. The wait time was nice they offer refreshments while you wait and it did take two hours. I usually am able to rent a car for overnight while the car is inspected but there was none available this time because I live so far from the Dealers. Maybe if I am lucky next time when my car needs service, it will only take a couple of hours, and I can wait for the car.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando. Smooth experience from locating the vehicle online to the test drive. It was nearly a five star experience, EXCEPT for one big surprise when I took delivery. The dealership failed to disclose to me that there was only one key fob for the vehicle. If only I had been told this from the start, I probably would have still purchased but because they didn't tell me, until AFTER I signed all the paperwork it was a huge negative on the whole transaction. The key fob and the programming cost me $520. "Congratulations on your vehicle purchase, here's your surprise!

Dealt with two salesmen.. One told me that there was no inventory for the c300 but yet though they have 60 on their website. The other one told me there was no c300 in stock but they show 3 on their website. He also said that the other ones in transit are 2022. They can't get their stories straight. They also don't want to return my calls to discuss this. Since I set a price on what I wanted to pay, they decided to act like this. Basicly giving me an excuse to make it look like they don't have any vehicles for sale. I would would be very careful about shopping here. Due your research if you're going to lease from this Dealership. Google on how they come up with their lease figures otherwise you will end up paying alot more than you need to. Learn about The MSRP and The Residual Value on the vehicle. Plus of course your discounts and their fees. DO YOUR MATH!!!

Purchased a used Toyota Camry at the Mercedes Dealership in Sanford through AutoNation and was treated as if I were purchasing a new Mercedes! Sales agent John Roure was very respectful, polite and honest. Brakes had a minor issue but they fixed it at no additional charge to me before I took it off the lot! I will highly recommend this dealership and my next vehicle purchase will definitely be from them. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Took the car in for normal service and a tire check warning. Had a 9:30 appointment with Tom and arrived at 9:20, Checked in outside and went inside to wait for Service Rep. At 9:45, after still not being acknowledged, I started to look for help. A member of the team asked f she could help us. We explained our appointment situation and she said she could assist by helping Tom. Then at 9:50, what apparently was the service manager, greeted a gentlemen coming in the door and inquired as to the nature of his visit. He explained he had a 10 o'clock appointment with Tom for service. The "manager" then starts to accompany the guy to Tom's office. I had to stop him and explain that we have a 9:30 appointment and were still not attended to. We were then escorted to Tom's office where he was actively keying in information on his computer. Didn't acknowledge or greet us, so we stood there waiting to be helped. After another 5 minutes, he stopped typing and said "there, you are all set". So I am now lost as to why we had to wait and meet with him if he had all the information needed to service the car? Then, after waiting all day to hear from them, we called for status. He explained they needed to keep the car over night to ensure the mold smell was thoroughly remedied. The next day we called again at 9 for status. Now, we are told that the tire that triggered the alarm had a screw in it. Then we were told they do not repair tires, but instead replace them. To make things even more interesting, they said they would need to replace both back tires to keep the tread life "even". Now the news is $600 for the 2 tires, but they don't carry these and would need to be special ordered to arrive the next day. Why not tell us that the previous day? I had had enough and requested that they fill the tires with air and I would pick it up. Picked it up, took it to a tire shop and they plugged the tire with no issues for $10. This is not my typical experience here, but I might start looking elsewhere for service. This is the second vehicle we purchased from this dealership and those experiences were completely pleasant.

It was over all an easy purchase. We weren't there all day like some dealers like to do. However, I did feel at least once, that the process was dragged out just a little more then necessary. I did liked that they had an area where my kids could watch TV and have snacks, that made the process much easier! The salesman that worked with us was very pleasant to deal with. Our conversations were genuine and not fabricated "just to pass time". And finally the signing of all the documents was very straightforward. It wasn't treated like an "upsale" opportunity. They laid out the options, let me chose and pass on what I wanted. No fluff, no pressure! This was one of, if not the best dealership I've been to!

Booking process was quick. I was able to get a loaner that simplified my day a lot. Car was ready in time. All in all effortless experience. This dealership is one of the smaller / older facilities but that's that's not necessarily bad - the size is appropriate for the amount of business they handle. Perhaps not ideal if I had to work while waiting for my service, but living only 10 min away that's not really an issue for me.

We have been very pleased with MB of NO to handle and take care of both our Sprinter and our GLE. Though parts and service can be quite pricey on an MB, the service advisors go out of their way to advise us of our options. I couldn’t be happier with their service department and staff. The receptionist is always helpful, too, as are the sales staff at MB of NO. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando.

My girl and I bought a c300 and we pick up the car and they did not review the functions about the car. The car was a 2018 and still it was not new, but they still should have went over everything about the car. Also the car was not detail, it was terrible and it was my girl first car. We plan to buy another car in six months, and it will not be at that dealership.

I was assisted right on time . I was given a quote on cost of service along with approximate wait time. The job was finished even earlier then projected and the quote was as expected. I travel an hour and a half to get my car serviced at this dealership and have never had anything but a satisfying experience. I must say that dealership’s GM, Walter is super nice and tries his best to satisfy customers in anyway possible . I had factory issue with my 2020 CLA , and his team made sure I had loaner as long as I needed it and kept me up to date with repair progress . At the end he made sure I walked away happy. My Metris has had constant issues from bad wheel sensors. Unfortunately, MercedsBenz has failed to redesign the sensors and they continue to fail. Furthermore, Mercedes has also not extended the warrantee on this part. So, we will be forced to part with this vehicle.

I gave all 5 stars due to I generally have a wonderful experience however I was disappointed with the length of time it took to replace a tire ! Two days and I needed something else looked at and I was told they did not have the time ! I was promised my car the end of the day I brought it in and was lead to believe the tire was done to find out it wasn?t plus they never got to the other issue. Courtney was terrific but the initial day my car was in service he was not working, I need help with an issue and it seems I can?t get anyone to assist!

Service department did a good job in replacing the right front wheel sensor on my motorhome. Service was fine but this is the 5th wheel sensor that had to be replaced in the last year. Repaired under warranty. Problem is not with dealer but with Mercedes Benz which clearly has a problem with this part. 2 previous repairs were done by other dealers when I was traveling.

This is the first Mercedes Benz Sprinter to be added to my company fleet. Syed Shariff, fleet manager was extremely professional and courteous over the phone. Poor service on a simple flat tire. Took days before fixing it saying they were looking for a replacement tire and in the end said they were able to fix it. Promised delivery of vehicle since their tow truck deposited my car to this branch which is an hour out instead of the nearest. In the end I had to ask my husband to drive me out there to get it since it is more than an hour’s drive. Customer service personnel promised to order the part to replace the tire 3x and never ordered it. I had to go to another branch personally just to get the part. I can’t recommend this branch or you won’t have your car back in time for work!

My visit this time was actually to sell my Mercedes because I am moving up North. I was treated Professionally, and Courteous by Jacob Connor who made the process seamless from our first conversation via email to arriving at the store. Nothing Changed, what he quoted me for my car was fair and I was Happy with the results. I previously also had my car serviced here and was again treated like part of the family with Kind, Professional, Service. I was quoted 2- 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and 3 recalls on my vehicle. I was fine with the amount of time and they provided a shuttle service which is convenient. After 3 plus hours they did not finish all of the recalls. They advised it would take a couple of more hours because they were having issues with one of the recalls. I had to call and check and go through multiple ppl before I actually was advised as to what was going on. I understand some things are out of their control, but there was definitely a lack of communication. Service advisor was nice, but for them to think it was okay for me to sit at the dealership all day was outlandish to me. They should have offered a replacement vehicle once they were aware repairs was going to take all day. I was not happy with the service.

I brought my E400 in for service and was told that my next service would be in 5 months. They didn't try to sell me on a service that I didn't need. My recent service required me to leave my vehicle for at least 4 hours; my service contact, Jennifer McNealy, offered me a loaner before I could even ask. The loaner vehicle was fine and when I returned it about four hours later, Jennifer informed me that our car would still be in service for another hour. I did not mind the delay that much since the waiting facilities are very nice - almost luxurious. There is always coffee, hot chocolate and snacks available. All in all my service experience was as pleasant as possible for this type of event.

I purchased a 2015 Cadillac srx from them and after I paid in full the asking price. I was given the run around. I paid over 650 dollars for shipping that I was over charged by 150 as the shipping company only charged 500 to ship. The dealership ripped me off for the extra money. When I contacted the Manager I was again given the run around and was charged way more than I should have been. They do not want to help you in any way. The manager name is Walter Grundorf and the Salesman was Jordan Conner. They really are nice until they get your money and then they don't care. I love the car but the customer service is very lacking and I would go some where else in the future before buying from them. They are shady and they have charges that are more than you should pay. Please take my warning and stay away.

The only thing that dislike me was the way that they wash the car. For me was a sloppy job. Next time I will definitely ask the advisor not to have my car washed. Beside that all other services was fine.

My service consultant was Jennifer Neeley who was excellent! She took great care of my vehicle and of me. She arranged for me to have some work done under a warranty that I was unaware of at no charge and gave me a discount on some brake work she found I did need to have done. If it were not for Jennifer and her knowledge and experience, the service would have been quite a bit more expensive. I travel from NSB to Lake Mary just to experience the service offered by AutoNation Mercedes Benz Dealership.

When I shopped at the dealership I honestly didn’t think I would find a pre owned car within my budget that still had the original warranty. My salesperson, Ryan, was the best. He found a car for me, but most important, he was sooo enjoyable to deal with. It was probably the first FUN car buying experience I have ever had. THANKS RYAN!😘 We discovered a malfunction with the sun roof upon delivery of the car. It needed a part. I drove the car home. When the part arrived, Ryan sent a person with a loaner car to pick up my car. I live 65 miles from the dealership! That is really going the extra mile.

I bought a C250, 2 years old and bought a prepaid service package at the time of purchase for 3 services total $1000. In 2019, I took my car in for service and they did a complete service (oil change, filters, replace wiper blades etc.) I took my car back over the weekend and I was told that all that is covered was an oil and filter and nothing else. I was told that the cost for an oil change for a C class is $236 so why was I charged $330 for a service that costs $236. This is fraudulent and unethical. Not even a battery check or a computer hook up was done to my car. Plus when I purchased my car, I got a friends and family deal. What a fraud! Should I be refunded with interest for the money I overpaid 2 years ago ?

I bought a prepaid service package for $1000 for my next 3 services for a c250 which is over $300 per service when I bought my car from Auto Nation. The first service I did what was the expected service (Oil change, wipers replaced etc.) The second one, I was told it only covers an oil and filter change and nothing else. I asked my advisor what's the cost for an oil change for a C class and he said $236. So the package they sold me was a RIP off because I paid an extra $100 ($330) and all I got was an oil change for the money I paid in advance about 2 years ago. And this was a friends and family deal I got. So unethical!

Worst customer service with the exception of Courtney in the service department. They tried to take advantage of my situation and price gauge me on the repair. Quoted me $1700 for a repair that should cost $100-1200. Jennifer also quoted me the price of the shifter that was broken by the towing company the roadside assistant called. I had to make several calls to get updates on my car. Mercedes USA ended up paying for the Shifter because I made the call. When they pulled up the car the tow cap was missing. Jennifer was not there to bring my car up only Courtney who I expressed my disappointment about my experience with the dealership. He ordered the part, had it painted and made things right. I would Never recommend anyone to this dealership.

Don't know where to begin singing the praises of MBNO and especially Tom Welch, Assistant Service Manager. We limped to Orlando from Atlanta on Sunday and showed up unannounced at 9AM Monday morning. He was kind and proactive listening to my description of the issue and promptly had the codes checked to confirm our suspicions. Sure enough it needed a new high pressure fuel pump. Booked as they were, and our not purchasing the car there, he squeezed us in, provided a car and we were back in our own the following afternoon. Could not be more happy. I found a low mileage and well kept 2013 MLK on the internet, spoke with Beau & Tony in sales to obtain a purchase order and reserve a test drive. Beau picked me up at the airport for a quick ride to the dealership where the car was fresh out of detail and waiting in the showroom. After a thorough viewing and test drive it was obvious the MLK was completely as advertised by MBNO and as described in during my phone calls with Beau & Tony. There were no surprises, hidden costs or pressure to purchase add-on items. I was informed of available warranties and prepaid maintenance plans, but when I indicated I wasn't interested neither subject was addressed again. Purchase was made and I was in and out in roughly two hours. I actually enjoyed the experience and meeting the team at MBNO. Very good in helping to arrange how and when to get my Mercedes to their dealership for a diagnostic check ! The car showed a problem while driving home from vacation. I was able to make it to my residence on a Saturday and immediately called the dealership. I left a message and was told a return call would be made to me in the afternoon. I waited until afternoon and called again as I know the people at MB are usually very attentive. I spoke to a receptionist and she immediately put me in touch with Jennifer and my problems were quickly solved! I have always had a very good relationship with MB of North Orlando. My experience was the worst I was warned about getting work done at Mercedes on 6/26/2019 I called and asked for the service department in regards to getting a quote on a damaged valve stem on my tire the damage is pretty minor so I took a chance I was told to bring in the tire to be inspected to find out if it would be a easy fix or if replacement was needed I walked in the service department and explained my situation the service advisor recommended that I let the mechanics look at the tire and and then tell me what the problem was and a quote I was late for work and had already changed out the bad tire and was using the spare donut I was clear that I wanted to know the price before any work was done the service advisor gave me prices including labor that was surprisingly under 60.00 dollars I then gave my number and said to call me when the mechanics find out something ...after an hour or so I received a txt saying the valve stem had been replaced with out my permission and not only that the price was 4 times what we talked about .. I respectfully decline and said I will just pay what’s needed for the time it took them to look at my tire ... I was then told the parts are only one time use and I would have to pay for parts and labor that I didn’t authorize I was shocked because I couldn’t believe the level of deception they where holding my entire wheel for ransom I even asked for the number to there corporate office and was given a fake number.. I never expected this from Mercedes it is now the next day and they still have my rim and tire that is AMG and worth over 700.00 dollars And I have reported them to the better business bureau now I am forced to go to the court house and take legal action I have to rid on a spare donut to get to work because of the lies of a deceitful Service department I will never buy another Mercedes Benz if this is the treatment you get from a so called respectful dealership please be careful if you visit this location they are crooks and can’t be trusted

After several calls, I was able to schedule an appointment for a Recall on an Airbag. It was for the Drivers Side Airbag. I wrote to Mercedes and asked them if the Passenger Side could be replaced at the same time, and was told their was not a recall yet. I asked the Service Advisor when I went in for the Driver side replacement, and was told "there was not a recall - it might even be a different manufacturer." When I returned home, I checked our mail and there was a recall for the PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG; it was dated in March. If you treat customers fairly, they will come back. I never plan to return to Mercedes Benz North.

I took my Thor Chateau there yesterday - for AN OIL CHANGE --- Peter McDonald was the Service Advisor -- he never explained anything -- told me I needed things I did not -- and when I asked how much all of this would cost -- he just kept typing on his computer --- and finally handed me three pages --- RECOMMENDED -- is NOT really --- NEEDED --- there is a difference. As a recently widowed woman --- I feel taken advantage of -- and I will NOT be returning or recommending this dealership for any type of service.

I took my Thor Chateau to this dealership -- Mercedes of North Orlando -- yesterday -- it barely had 5,000 miles on it -- all I wanted was an oil change -- it had been almost a year -- even though I only put less than 2,000 miles on it. Peter McDonald was the Service Advisor and was the WORST I have ever had to deal with. He explained NOTHING -- told me I needed unnecessary things -- charged $150 to 'top off' the DCL fluid but never told me he was charging or doing this -- I know how to add DCL fluid -- I monitor the level -- it was down ONE BAR!!! This man was like a dead fish -- no personality or compassion at all. I am recently widowed -- I feel totally taken advantage of by this dealership and I will NOT be returning or recommending it to anyone. There is a huge difference -- in RECOMMENDED versus NEEDED....

My Wife and I arrived at the location and was immediately disappointed. We walked into the lobby area and was completely ignored by 3 members of your staff. There was a young lady who walked out of an office immediately to our left and looked through us. There was 2 salesman standing next to the receptionist desk and did not offer a greeting either. At this point I'm saying to my wife they don't deserve our money and we should leave. My wife had her heart set on this particular BMW so we stayed. We stood at the front desk for approximately 3-5 minutes (seemed like an eternity) before Ryan I. came from the back and warmly greeted us. Ryan's demeanor and honesty kept the dealership in the running for our business. Ryan was extremely professional and made no excuses for his colleagues' actions. We saw the car, test drove it and decided to buy it. The next day my wife drove the BMW X5 off the lot. Please ma kes sure that Ryan I knows how much I appreciate his effort to make us feel comfortable. If not for Ryan we would have taken our business elsewhere. You'll really should train your staff to acknowledge customers as they enter the showroom. Their lack of acknowledgement made us feel as though they didn't think we would purchase anything so we weren't worth their time and effort. Let your staff know that a simple hello goes a long way towards making a person feel comfortable about spending their hard earned money at your business. My rating is based on our initial treatment before interacting with Ryan.

(live 2 hours away) finally received a call back after my review on Google. I brought my 2016 G63 in for service. Service was good, fast, and friendly. I spoke to sales about trading in my G63 on a new G550. They low balled my trade in, I received substantially more money (10%) for it at a non AutoNation dealer and I love my new 2019 G550. It is unfortunate I could not buy it at this dealer which is much closer to my house, but frankly their trade in quote was completely insulting, and extremely greedy. Shop around!!

Going there was an absolute joke and waste of my time. It baffles me that a Mercedes Benz service department treats a customer so poorly. I drove out to Sanford to have them quote me a rear windshield as well as some other warranty issues (minor). With every single thing they came back with “out of our control, not under warranty”. Mind you, this car is brand new and under FULL FACTORY WARRANTY. They even went so far to print out a sheet of parts that were supposedly ordered for the car by the mercedes dealership I bought it ar, mentioning that my car had damage and they probably repaired it (with so called none OEM bolts). Funny thing, this car was FACTORY OWNED BY MERCEDES, and when searching for the parts they came up as LICENSEPLATE FASTENERS. I understand that I did not buy the car from them, but to treat a customer so poorly and even go as far as trying to scare them, so you dont have to do any warranty repairs is ridiculous. Needless to say.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

I only had about an hour to work out my deal, do the paperwork and drive back down to Miami from Orlando. Nick was working with me via text and phone for a couple of days and showed me how to reserve the car for 48 hours. Everything went as planned. The car was there, new as described, the deal was what we had agreed on and they got me a better deal than my own credit union for the finance. Fastest, best car purchase ever...and I do about 2 of these per year! Just wish I had a better value on my trade-in. But this was partially offset for a good price on the M3. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service after I purchased my used Infiniti, QX56 from this location. During my test drive the "service" light came on. Jessie, the salesman, immediately took the car to the service department to have it checked; while I discussed financing with the finance department. Upon the car return, the service light was some how turned off. I bought the car late that night and drove home; which is quite some distance from the dealership. The next morning, I started the car, and every service light came on. Obviously, the 125 point inspection certificate was not correct. The same day, I contacted Jessie about getting it serviced near my house. Later that week, I was sent to a Ford dealership (for an Infiniti) who is part of the autonation program. Unfortunately, Ford had no technicians that could service my car. I contacted Jessie again to find a solution. He supposedly was in contact with a warranty department, and I was told to leave Ford. Since then I've contacted Jessie back on many occasions, and spoke with the new car dealership manager (Alan) about the situation with no resolution. Its been two weeks later and I still haven't had any solution to my service light issues. I've had to reach out to them almost on a daily basis, with hardly any call back on the progress on how to resolve the issue. This is really sad, because I really thought I was purchasing my vehicle from a reputable car dealership. I do not recommend this car dealership.

After losing my husband 3 years ago, I was making my 1st decision all by myself in 3 years so I think I needed a little extra time and patience. I called Contemporary for service on my Sprinter Motor Home and was connected to Auto Nation. The Service Advisors were professional, provided an appointment and followed up with Email confirmations and reminders. The problem was detected and arrangements were made to insure that the warranty paid for the repairs. A courtesy vehicle took me home, returning later to retrieve our repaired motor home. The service advisors were friendly and efficient. The one recommendation would be to install a motor home vehicle wash, as promised by the confirmation email!

First time visit to service department with 3500 Sprinter Chassis. Heather Olson was my service advisor and handles my issues very professionally. The service received and solution to my issue was carefully orchestrated by Heather and the mechanic Troy to provide a solution that worked quite well. On our way north on the turnpike yesterday from south Florida, a couple of engine warning lights came on in our motor home built on a Mercedes 3500 Sprinter chassis. From about 30 mi. south of Orlando, we found a number, called, and Mary (I believe) answered for service and we told her of our dilemma. She said to bring it right in. When we got there about an hour later, Kenny, the service manager, said they would run some tests, and if they could, they would get us right back on the road. After diagnostics, he reported that they knew the problem, had the parts, and they could get us going in a couple of hours. And, by the way, we see that you have a recall on an airbag, would we like to have it replaced without taking any longer? We agreed that that would be great as long as it didn't delay us any further. He also offered to drive us out to lunch while we waited, and came by to keep us updated on their progress several times. And, sure enough, we were back on the road right away, and all is good. (Oh yes, the recall notice arrived in the mail today, so they even saved us a special trip to get that taken of.) Thanks for the great attention to detail & the fine service.

Mercedes Sanford team has excellent customer service. I worked with Heather from scheduling through completion and she is very knowledge and professional. The automatic tilt controls for steering wheel had to be replaced. I had a Mercedes loaner and my car back at the end of day. The staff is very tentative to your needs and busy schedule and had me in and out within ten minutes each time. Great job!

The check in process took a long time and I had an appointment. First, I had to wait and during the check in, we were interrupted for a long conversation with a secretary. While car was being serviced (4 1/2 hours for a routine service), no one came to give updates or offer a ride to go someone else. Thank goodness the waiting room was comfortable.

Walter, the dealership manager for Auto Nation's North Orlando Mercedes dealership, promised me he would "make it simple". I really wanted to do business with a local dealership whose leadership is involved in the communities of Heathrow, Lake Mary, and Sanford. I knew Walter from several local charitable events his dealership supported and events he hosted at the dealership. So I gave him a try. He didn't disappoint me! He gave me his undivided attention, and we never haggled. He gave me a fair price for the new GLE 350, and top dollar for my trade-in. The car was ready an hour or so later. Another impressive aspect of my buying experience was the team of people with whom he works. I had an unexpected flat tire, I left the car at the dealership the night before. I received a phone call immediately the next morning letting me know it was not a repair situation and I needed to call them to ok a new tire. Well I slept late and did not hear the message until late in the morning and I needed the car back for business by 1:00 which gave them no time to do the job BUT they did get it done for me, and came and picked me up all in time. I brought my vehicle in due to a foul odor coming from the cabin filter. I have the prepaid maintenance plan and was under the impression that this would cover the cabin filter. I was told, they would not be able to change it until I hit 20k, otherwise I would have to pay for the filter. I thought that this was pretty ridiculous as I was approximately 1500 miles shy. I explained to the service associate that when I scheduled the appointment, they never informed me of this (Dealership is 40 miles from my house). I asked to speak to the manager and unfortunately he wasn't available on weekends so I figured I would just call on Monday. A few minutes later, the service associate agreed to change the cabin filter for free. I said "great" and thanked him. After about an hour or so I was on my way. I get a call 20 minutes later from the service associate asking me if I was still in the area? I asked him why? He said "WE FORGOT TO INSTALL THE CABIN FILTER".

He's a person who takes pride in his work and go the extra mile for the customer, anyone who buys a car from Mercades Benz on Rineheart should ask for him. Ivan is the reason I bought my glk 350, he never made me feel rushed or forced into a purchased and even after the sale he took the time to find out how everything was and if he could help in anyway I should contact him. We are very pleased with our experience with Mercedes Benz of North Orlando. During our search for the M Class we wanted at our price range, we visited/contacted all the MB dealerships within a 100 mile radius. None of the dealers could get the exact vehicle we wanted within our budget, until we received a response from Oren Mishael of MB of N Orlando. From the initial contact he was very positive of our requirements and never once asked what options could we live without to meet out budget. His overall technical knowledge was outstanding, he was courteous and very professional. After we reached an agreement on the M Class we desired and price we scheduled a time when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. Once we arrived at the dealership and met Oren, he made my wife and I feel like valued customers. He did not turn on the heat of "high pressure" sales tactics not once, we had and agreement so out experience was very pleasant in a professional setting. We have purchased several new cars over the years and this experience was no doubt the best. Auto Nation and Mercedes Benz should be very proud to have Oren on their sales team.

It's a long story but everything was handled over the phone/email and Ivan personally drove 7 hours to our house and dropped the vehicle off and closed the deal. Great guy and great customer service. I've been getting my C 230 serviced at this facility since they openned. Well, Chi C. helped me get into a CLA 250. The purchasing experience was extremely smooth and Chi was so pleasant I almost didn't want to drive off the lot! Now I just visit when I get my car washed. Who would think that I would enjoy going to get my car serviced so much that I stop by just to say hi? Wild. Love those folks!

I ordered this car as soon as I found out it was going to be available, long before you could build one on the website. Ordered it in mid-July and had to wait until October 5 for delivery. The painful wait was made less so by Chi C.'s just-right contact by phone and email with updates on production, shipping and delivery. Great car, great sales team, great experience.

This is my first "high end" car experience and it was a nightmare! This is also my 8th car! Take note I bought the new CLA 250 in black, so from what I experienced the sales staff and service, as well as, the detail department does not know much about these cars and was not prepared to sell it. My first issue was, after signing the papers that the car does not come with a spare tire, and it seems "they" did not know this, nor did the salesman know the car had run flats on it....very expensive! Then the MBrace and SOS system did not work so I had to bring the car back in for service. After that the valet key did not work, then the service manager told me it didn't come that way, LIE! He actually got the key to work after me coming back twice!!! Then my car was washed and the detail center majorly scratched my paint, so I had to come back the next day for a buff....did not work. Now my car had to be shipped off to a collision center for a special detail job....improved the paint, but no fix!!! So, even though we worked out a "deal" to compensate for my time, my car still has scratches. I was also told that my car would be filled with gas for my troubles and it came back half full. I just can't complain anymore...just exhausted with them. I feel this dealership should not have been selling a car they did not know everything about....they did not even know it was not made in Germany! Being lied to is never an excuse and I expect much more from a high end dealership/company such as Mercedes. So over an 8 day period of owning my new car, "they" had it for 6 days! Even though the car is beautiful, my experience was awful and I can't give a referral now, to the dealership :(

I recently purchased 2014 E350 from this dealership. Quality of service was superb, which was provided by Ivan B., sales associate & Dan R., sales manager. I walked in wearing flip-flop,house dress with pony tail, no make up, on one Saturday afternoon with coffee cup still in one hand. To anyone's eyes including me, I sure didn't look like a serious car buyer on that day, even though I was. Regardless of our appearance, Ivan showed his professionalism and took his time to explain features, test drives. Ivan and Dan even took consideration of my trade-in value of my previous vehicle based on Edmunds quote that we had. The new car is great and loving it without any doubt, but most of all I am very pleased with the service we received on that day. No pressure,,, just strolling through cars with the best sales associate over fresh baked cookie and fresh brewed coffee on one Saturday afternoon. And I found the *one*. Definitely I will go back for my next purchase and recommend to my friends and relatives!
